Godzilla Earth is the strongest version of Godzilla at this point due to being over 300 meters tall, which is the largest version of the Atomic Lizard. He has an extremely powerful atomic breath and an electromagnetic shield that protects him from damage.
This version of Godzilla caused humanity to leave Earth for over 20,000 years and defeated an interdimensional being called Void Ghidorah. Overall, his size, strength, and achievements make him the strongest version of Godzilla to date.

Final Wars Godzilla is quite literally when Godzilla goes God mode. This is shown in Godzilla: Final Wars when every single enemy of Godzilla attacks him all at once, and he still wins with his extremely powerful atomic breath and sheer strength. In the end, he returns back to the ocean after defeating all his foes once and for all.
Overall, this version of Godzilla is undeniably one of the strongest versions of Godzilla due to his powerful atomic breath and possibly one of the strongest abilities, the Hyper Spiral Heat Ray, which was powerful enough to destroy an asteroid.

Legendary Godzilla is one of the bulkiest versions of Godzilla and the largest live-action version of Godzilla, standing around 120 meters tall and weighing 99,634 tons of pure muscle. He also has a powerful atomic breath and a thermo stage that can disintegrate any surrounding structures and foes.
Legendary Godzilla is also very durable as he survived a fall from the stratosphere, landing on his dorsal plates and coming out without a scratch. This version of Godzilla has many honorable victories against King Ghidorah, Kong, and more recently against the Skar King and Shimo.
Overall, Legendary Godzilla is obviously one of the strongest versions of Godzilla due to his size, strength, durability, and many other factors.

Marvel Comics Godzilla is another example of an overpowered Godzilla in comics. Marvel Comics Godzilla is extremely powerful as he was able to defeat the Avengers and even go head-to-head with Thor. Even with the help of S.H.I.E.L.D and the Fantastic Four, all the Avengers could do was keep Godzilla at bay.
Overall, with Marvel Comics Godzilla's godlike strength, durability, and power, it makes Marvel Comics Godzilla one of the strongest versions of Godzilla.

Burning Godzilla shows Heisei Godzilla at his peak strength when he goes against Destoroyah. In this form, he was able to defeat Destoroyah. Its body temperature reached nearly 1,200 degrees Celsius (steel melts around this temperature). Its atomic breath was claimed to be at least half a million degrees Celsius, a temperature that we can't even comprehend.
The Heisei Godzilla also had access to a technique known as Nuclear Pulse, which radiated intense atomic energy from all over its skin. This technique was extremely powerful. However, Burning Godzilla soon disintegrated after defeating Destoroyah, meaning that he can't stay in that form for long, which could be a huge disadvantage.
Overall, Burning Godzilla is an extremely powerful version and seems to be virtually unstoppable in this form.

Shin Godzilla is among the strongest versions of Godzilla. However, he does have many flaws. He has one of the strongest atomic breaths and can also use his atomic breath on his tail and dorsal plates, allowing him to attack in different ways at once. He also has the ability to protect his eyes from explosions.
Shin Godzilla has fast regenerative abilities and the ability to "adapt." This allows him to overcome current obstacles and defeat his enemies. However, this adapting ability takes a long period of time and isn't too effective in combat. Additionally, Shin Godzilla struggled against the Japanese army and isn't smart compared to other versions of Godzilla.
Overall, Shin Godzilla is very powerful but has many weaknesses, which brings him lower down this list.

Hanna-Barbera's Godzilla is a rather interesting entry on this list. Don't be fooled by the fact that this Godzilla is from a children's show. This version of Godzilla is one you definitely don't want to mess with.
This Godzilla is very strong and is 122 meters tall (Legendary Godzilla is 120 meters tall). Hanna-Barbera's Godzilla has abilities that other Godzillas don't have, such as fire breath and laser beams, which are both very powerful. Hanna-Barbera's Godzilla also goes against foes that are much larger and more powerful than himself, using strategic planning to defeat his foes.
Overall, Hanna-Barbera's Godzilla is very powerful but has many weaknesses and isn't the strongest compared to other versions of Godzilla.

Godzilla Ultima is a rather new version of Godzilla, with his first appearance in 2021. He goes through many different forms like Shin Godzilla before reaching his well-known form. In his most recent form, Godzilla Ultima is 100 meters tall, has an atomic breath, and can evolve rapidly along with other powerful and sometimes terrifying abilities.
He also has the ability to terraform the surrounding landscape and wildlife to suit his needs, similar to what Godzilla Earth does. Overall, Godzilla Ultima is extremely powerful with many abilities and so far, has little to no weaknesses.

The infamous Zilla is often mocked by the Godzilla community as being the weakest version of Godzilla to date. While this might be true, it has some advantages that most Godzillas don't have, such as being by far one of the fastest versions. However, due to it being one of the smallest, lacking Atomic Breath, and being one of the only versions of Godzilla to be defeated with conventional weapons, it is considered one of the weakest versions.
The Newcomers

Minus One Godzilla is one of the most recent versions of Godzilla and is definitely one of the most powerful versions. He has very fast regeneration that can heal mortal wounds in a matter of seconds and can survive being exploded into pieces, as seen at the end of the movie.
He has one of the most powerful and destructive atomic breaths ever, with a blast very similar to atomic bombs. However, the biggest downside of his atomic breath is that it takes a long time to charge up. Minus One Godzilla is one of the smallest versions of Godzilla, standing only 50 meters tall.
Overall, Minus One Godzilla is very powerful but has many disadvantages, such as the long time required to charge up his atomic breath and his relatively small size.

In the Showa series (1954-1975), there are two different versions of Showa Godzilla. The first version was killed in the 1954 film by the Oxygen Destroyer. However, the second lasts much longer and is much stronger than the first one.
Showa Godzilla can't be killed or even injured by conventional weapons. Missiles and tanks only succeed in irritating him. With his strength, he can lift and throw opponents that are heavier than him, like King Ghidorah. His powerful atomic breath can obliterate any man-made structure and greatly wound other kaiju. Overall, Showa Godzilla is very powerful but is nowhere near the strongest when compared to the later versions of Godzilla like MonsterVerse Godzilla and Heisei Godzilla.
