Top 10 Worst Movies From Good Series
A great movie series can make you trust it a little too much. You settle in expecting the usual magic, and then one entry lands below the rest, not always because it is awful on its own, but because the bar was set so much higher by the movies around it. Suddenly you are comparing the weaker sequel, the uneven middle chapter, or the installment that lost some of the series' spark.
That kind of letdown hits harder when the franchise has already earned your loyalty. You are not here for random bad movies. You are here for the titles that rank last in strong series, where worst can still mean decent, but still not good enough to stand beside the others.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Two Towers is my favorite LOTR movie, and Attack of the Clones got me into Star Wars. This movie being here, though, I agree with, because Umbridge was annoying.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

A lock for this list. Come on, this is a disgrace to Batman.
-
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
Need I explain why?! It wasn't even necessary to make a fourth installment after so many years!
A movie series usually jumps the shark whenever the fourth or fifth movie comes along.
You know what WatchMojo says. This movie nuked the fridge!
-
Shrek the Third
This sequel is one of the worst sequels ever made. It has butt jokes, vomit jokes, and Fiona's father dies in a distasteful way.
This movie tried WAY too hard to be funny.
Disappointing compared to the first 2.

Army of Darkness
I just wish they could've taken this movie seriously. I like The Evil Dead, and the whole concept of a horror movie hero going back in time to medieval times to retrieve the Book of the Dead while fighting a large army of skeletons is pretty creative. It's just that all the jokes seemed to ruin that creative concept. It's just my opinion, though.
