Best 8 Minute Songs by Metallica or Guns N' Roses
Holy moly, the best solo ever! And one of the best songs I've ever heard. If someone says this song isn't metal enough, that's okay. No one really likes a song without any meaning.
This song is so wonderful, and the solo is also one of the best in the world. It really brings out the feeling, bro.
Why is Metallica above this? November Rain is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. While I'm a big Metallica fan, I'd pick Guns N' Roses' metal ballads and awesome riffs over Metallica's overrated noise any day.
Where would Metallica be without MOP? Oops... How dare I abbreviate the best Metallica song ever! I must now torture myself. See ya in two years!
Guns N' Roses should never even be in the same category as Metallica. Master of Puppets blows anything Guns N' Roses ever made away.
Metallica pulls Guns N' Roses fans' strings, twisting their minds and smashing their dreams.
This should easily be first! Sure, the others are good songs, but the level of creativity and skill displayed in this song is spectacular. If you don't agree, just go into a dark room, lay down, turn up your headphones, and concentrate on this song from start to finish.
This is the only song I can listen to over and over again and never get tired of!
Best song, hands down. Metallica has nothing on Guns N' Roses. They were once great and always will be. Long live Axl, Izzy, Duff, Slash, Steven, Dizzy, Gilby, Buckethead, Frank, Chris, DJ, Bumblefoot, Richard, Tommy, Brain, and any others.
This is a great song. It can really touch you in some strange way and get you thinking. The last verse is unbelievably amazing. Axl Rose is a very talented songwriter, and the solo by Slash (legend) is great.
If I can't be bothered listening to the whole song, I just listen to those two parts. AMAZING!
I do prefer the live version you might find on YouTube. But even the studio version is among the greatest of all songs.
This really should be higher. This is one of the best songs, in my opinion. Almost as good as Bohemian Rhapsody.
How many bands can go this heavy non-stop for over 8 minutes?
Of course MOP is at number one...
Why is Bleeding Me higher than Disposable Heroes?
Tribute to one of the best bassists ever. A perfect, epic, almost-instrumental song from our heroes.
It's so sad that Cliff Burton passed away at such a young age. His presence in Metallica would have given the band a much heavier sound. His influence would have inspired so many other bands.
R.I.P. Cliff
The Newcomers
This is an awesome song!
Way, way better than most Metallica songs.
