Top 10 Best Albums of 1973
This is so criminally underrated. Critics are so stupid and think everything has to be perfect. I have no idea why this album flopped - it's awesome.
Rock legends' debut album was spectacular, with the wonderful Keep Yourself Alive guitar intro and Queen's brilliant musical ability.
Queen's first album is promising, but not great. The Dark Side of the Moon, however, is not only great - it's out of this world. Words can't describe how this album affects me.
"Queen" isn't even my favorite Queen album. Dark Side of the Moon, in my opinion, is the greatest album of all time. I do like Queen's debut, though, just not as much as I like DSOTM.
On the top ten best albums of all time list, this is #1, but it makes sense that it isn't the best album of the year it came out.
In my opinion, it's better than Dark Side of the Moon or Queen's debut (which I thought was released in '72, but I was probably wrong). Firth of Fifth, Dancing with the Moonlit Knight, and The Cinema Show might change your mind, but I still love Queen's debut and Dark Side of the Moon.
Queen's debut was good, but not like this.
This one deserves more votes.
Top 5: Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Selling England by the Pound, Larks' Tongues in Aspic, Dark Side of the Moon, and Tres Hombres.
Of course. One of the best rock albums of all time.
This and Selling England. And Larks, of course.
I'd say this deserves to be higher than 9. One of The Who's best albums.
Can't believe this is so low.
Gimme danger, little stranger.
The Newcomers
This was their debut album that started their road to superstardom.
This should at least be in the top five. I prefer this over DSOTM.
How is this so low? Better than DSOTM at least.
