Top 10 Best Rap Songs of 2018

Looking back at the illustrious year of 2018, the rap landscape was nothing short of a thrilling rollercoaster ride. An exciting array of old-school legends, contemporary icons, and breakout rookies all contributed to what we can agree was a vibrant and dynamic year for the genre. It was a year when artists were unafraid to push boundaries, blur lines, and redefine what rap music could be. But when it comes to identifying the best rap songs of 2018, we're venturing into some pretty subjective territory.

The beauty of rap lies in its wide range, its diversity, and its ability to resonate with different people in different ways. From high-octane club bangers that kept the party jumping till dawn, to soul-stirring narratives that gave a voice to the unheard, 2018 had it all.
The Top Ten

Amazing flow and beats. Supersonic speed. Songs above this, they all gotta move to make it number one.

It was tough choosing between this and This is America.

This just shows that Logic is more than 1-800.

8 Over Again - Mike Shinoda
9 Sad - Xxxtentacion

His lyrics are so emotional. They make me cry every time I remember him.
Who am I? Someone that's afraid to let go
You decide if you're ever gonna let me know
Suicide if you ever try to let go
I'm sad.
Rest in peace, homie.

Very deep song with a nice beat to it.

Very good. Good song. He brought emotion to the rap game. May he rest in peace. LLJ

16 God's Plan - Drake

I'll say it, I refused to listen to this song at first. I thought "well it's Drake so it sucks" but I didn't give this song nearly enough credit. Drake's had a pretty good start to the year.

I really like this song. It has been played so much that sometimes it gets annoying, but I still think it's a really good song.
