Top 10 Reasons Why Nirvana is Better Than Stone Temple Pilots
I know that people don't like comparison lists. I honestly don't blame them and trust me this will be the only comparison list I'll ever make. If you disagree with me that's fine just don't be a douche about it.I'm sorry, but this list is just a big fat no. Almost everything on this list applies more to Stone Temple Pilots than it does Nirvana. Scott Weiland had a much more diverse vocal range than Kurt. Just listen to his vocals on Core and Purple, then compare them to the vocals on Tiny Music. It practically sounds like a different singer, that's how wide Scott's Vocal range is. Also, STP is far more creative, incorporating elements of psychedelia, and experimenting much more than Nirvana. Sure, Nirvana is more raw, but STP has much more grand and lush production. If you prefer Nirvana, that's fine, I love Nirvana as well. But almost every reason on this list can apply to STP even more so.
Scott Weiland just sounded better than Kurt Cobain.
No he was good singer.
The only decent Stone Temple Pilots album in my opinion was High Rise, everything else bores me to pieces. Plus Bleach and In Utero are better than half of their damn discrography.
I disagree with that.
