1 Madonna

Madonna does not deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. For one, she is not rock. Secondly, she is teen pop and does not have any meaning in her lyrics whatsoever except love and partying.

The only thing he ever did that was even close to rock was his collaboration with Eddie Van Halen. Even then, that's just one song.
Michael Jackson never made rock music. He's also the King of Pop. How is he in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

ABBA are a Swedish pop group formed in Stockholm in 1972 by members Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. Don't get me wrong, I love ABBA, but they are only the greatest pop group ever, not rock.
7 Stevie Wonder

I wonder if Stevie wonders why he's there too. I like him, but you're right, he doesn't quite belong in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I might push for myself to become an inductee too. I have as much right as he does.
Stevie Wonder does not deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, just like #1, because he is not rock. However, he's at least a better songwriter than Madonna, so he's lower on the list.

Janet Jackson is a singer and dancer who is well known for her sexually graphic records, iconic performances, and slightly weak voice. She is regarded as a sex symbol through her songs and videos. I honestly think the only reason she was even considered was because they needed a big name to draw in tickets for the ceremony. Her music style does not draw from rock at all.
