Oversinging is a form of singing involving high notes but at times comes off as borderline screaming on how it's performed. These following singers are kind of guilty of this. Doesn't matter if the singer is alive or dead in my book.
1 Chris Daughtry

Before he lip synced nearly all of his performances there was a time where he actually tried to sing. And when he did he oversing/ scream quite a bit at times unintentionally coming off as poor Cobain impression.
