Whenever my Family play's Sinatra, we almost always end up talking about Luck Be a Lady. (Nothing unique; just the same conversation over and over,) and to me, it's clear that Sinatra (despite not having even written the song) is gambling and the personification of luck as a lady makes enough sense because the personification of luck in Greek/Roman stories is a woman (Greek- Tyche; Roman- Fortuna,) so the circumstances make enough sense and have history backing it. Weird huh?
