Okay I am sure most songs that sound similar are coincidental like two artists in the same genre happen to use a similar riff, bassline or sing a similar melody, but this has rip off written all over it.
Despite the instrumental being entirely different (Sabrina has a stomping mid-tempo 80s synth pop disco feel to it, Smile.dk have an uptempo eurodance techno beat that was popular around the turn of the millennium), the songs are too similar elsewise to be a coincidence. The lyrics of the songs are alike: it is summertime, and the singer feels the urge growing to spend her time with boys. The hooks almost have the same melody, the only thing that prevents them from being the exact same is that Smile.dk added two more syllables - so instead of singing "Boys Boys Boys! " they sing "Boys Boys Be My Boys! ". Even both music videos are (at least partly) set in a swimming pool.
