Top 10 Best Stranger Things Episodes

Grab your Eggos and turn down the lights, because we're about to take a trip back to Hawkins, Indiana. Stranger Things, the Netflix phenomenon that has stolen our hearts and kept us on the edge of our seats, has delivered four seasons of supernatural thrills, heartwarming friendships, and unforgettable moments.
The Top Ten
Chapter Eight: The Upside Down

Left us on a massive cliffhanger. Now I'm speculating about what is going to happen next.

Finished it too. Left another thing to trail.

An incredible finale all around.

Season Two, Chapter Nine: The Gate

This was the best episode by far because Eleven comes back and saves Hawkins and her friends with Hopper! This episode is so emotional and epic! The ending is somewhat happy as everyone goes to the Snow Ball.

This is, without a doubt, the best. The Snow Ball at the end is great, and Eleven closing the gate is so satisfying! Even though we have to wait a year for another season, I can live with it.

Made me cry. It was so good. Eleven uses her powers and attends the Snow Ball, not to mention she reunites with her best friends she hasn't seen in a year.

Chapter Seven: The Bathtub

I have watched both Season 1 and Season 2, and I can definitely say that this episode is my personal favorite and, in my humble opinion, the best of the show (so far). The storylines and the way it progresses are just full of action and emotion. Truly a masterpiece.

This episode has some of the most iconic scenes in the whole show.

It was amazing. I saw it yesterday.

Chapter Three: Holly, Jolly

The last five minutes of this episode were an emotional rollercoaster. Paired with the music, it's one of the most upsetting endings to an episode I've ever watched.

Chapter One: The Vanishing of Will Byers

I have watched this episode. Will Byers has gone missing, and the police are looking for him. Stranger Things is the best show to watch, and it's 13+.

This is where it all began... when one cool November evening turned into a catastrophic nightmare.

This is where it all started!

Season Four, Chapter Four: Dear Billy

This was an interesting but heartbreaking episode. I love that Robin and Nancy became close friends and were being detectives, but I cried when Max read the letter to Billy. I really cried when she said, I'm sorry, to him.

By far the greatest episode of this show. Incredible acting, shocking twists, all leading up to a beautiful and emotional climax.

The ending alone is worth it.

Chapter Four: The Body
Season Three, Chapter Eight: The Battle of Starcourt

Should be much higher. I wonder why all the characters who die other than Alexei have names that start with B: Barbara, Brenner, Bob, Billy, Bruce (the newspaper guy who became one of the flayed and then died).

RIP Billy Hargrove! I wish you could have been saved! I love you, and I always will! You became a hero, and there was always good inside you.

I legit cried on this one. This is the only movie/show to make me do that.

Season Four, Chapter Seven: The Massacre at Hawkins Lab
Chapter Six: The Monster

The Newcomers

? Season Four, Chapter Nine: The Piggyback
? Season Three, Chapter Four: The Sauna Test
The Contenders
Season Two, Chapter Eight: The Mind Flayer

Bob's death was devastating in this episode.

Season Two, Chapter Six: The Spy

A really underrated episode with great acting from Noah Schnapp and awesome scenes.

Chapter Five: The Flea and the Acrobat

Very intense and where I started understanding everything that's going on.

This is basically when they figure everything out.

Season Two, Chapter Two: Trick or Treat, Freak

I loved the Halloween vibe of this episode.

Chapter Two: The Weirdo on Maple Street
Season Two, Chapter Five: Dig Dug

So AWESOME. The Indiana Jones reference is cool, by the way.

Season Three, Chapter Seven: The Bite
Chapter Four: Will the Wise
Season Three, Chapter Two: The Mall Rats
Season Two, Chapter One: MadMax
Season Three, Chapter Three: The Case of the Missing Lifeguard

This episode focused on Max and Eleven trying to find and save Heather Holloway. I wish she could have been saved. RIP Heather. I hope you come back to life in the final season. Also, I love you, Billy.

Season Two, Chapter Three: The Pumpkin Patch
Season Two, Chapter Seven: The Lost Sister

Yeah, I know. It interrupted a cliffhanger and was poorly placed in the season. However, I still really loved this episode. It provided extensive development for Eleven and made the world seem more real, now that we have seen someplace outside of Hawkins and know that there are more people out there with Eleven's abilities.

The street gang group was, of course, mean-spirited, but they still felt human and realistic. I hope they return in Season 3. I just overall loved this episode, even if that is an unpopular opinion.

Season Three, Chapter One: Suzie, Do You Copy?
