61Stitches - Shawn Mendes

I don't hate this song as much as others, but...I don't like it. The production is kind of weak, Shawn Mendes' falsetto is waay too thick, and the lyrics are broadly about a painful breakup. What makes it worse is his delivery isn't earnest enough to make up for the fact that a lot of the lyrics are over-the-top.

That said, I think Mendes is a decent singer and the lyrics can be treated as such. I give a strong 2/5. - WonkeyDude98

I listened to this song before it got popular. I showed it to my friends and they thought it was weird and they hated it. Guess whose singing it now? I've always loved this song I love Shawn mendes!

Don't be so hateful self destruct I like this song and 2 others agree with me and none with you take a look and you'll see why

It's also blatantly obvious that he's the only person thumbing down our comments. - TheEvilNuggetCookie

Whenever I hear this song I think of the parody by Rucka Rucka - slimshady901

62Renegades - X Ambassadors

Should be in at least top 30... Too good of a song to be this low on the list!

Because some people actually have fairly good hearing so that is why its not in the top 25 DUH!

This is one of the best songs I have ever heard! Why is it not top 25?

This song is absolutely boring and annoying. - madoog

63679 - Fetty Wap

This song just keeps getting better and better every time I listen to it, which is saying something because it is severely overplayed. There's almost no flaws in this. The beat is incredible, the Remy Boyz's guest verses are incredible, and the chorus is incredible.

In particular, this song does two things to appeal to me. First off, right after Fetty Wap says "I got this sewed up" one of the best things ever happens: HE PULLS OFF TONE BLENDING. He's probably the first person to do so. Next, after all the rap songs depicting emotionless relationships, and all the pop songs about breakups, it's nice to hear about an energetic, happy relationship that's genuinely going well.

I give this song a 4/5, and when combined with Stitches getting deducted a point, it evens out my overall score of the year back to 197/500. - WonkeyDude98

This song was a hit. This song deserved airplay. It was nice to hear it on the radio and see it on Billboard. This song should be a bit higher on this list. The song is good. The sounds are nice. Just listen to it. - madoog

Come on who doesn't like fetty!? He is my bae

All I have to say is no, just no - slimshady901

64Pedestrian at Best - Courtney Barnett

Courtney Barnett is such an underrated artist. I am surprised this is even on the list. This list is full of tons of crap and I am so relieved to see a good song on here.

Why this song is here? It's not better to be in top ten? where we go!... - peyman_eun

657 Years - Lukas Graham

I just listened to it today 4/12/16. And I gotta say, 7 Years is such a sad, beautiful song. Explains every moment in life. Please listen to this song, I promise you, that you will not regret it. - Catacorn

Great song except for the lyrics. No symbolism, no metaphor, just a man saying what age he is. Very dull, and it seems like something a kid could write.

It's a song about life. Like, the whole life. Every other song seems to be about just one moment in it.

#overplayed - slimshady901

66Ghost Town - Adam Lambert

Ooh! This song is so good! I love it I can listen to this all day it should at least be in the top 10 in my opinion. :-)

This is certainly one of the best song of the year! I'm a huge fan and I'm so proud of him!

One of the only pop songs I've heard recently that contains whistling on the hook and somehow isn't terrible. - Zach808

One of the best songs I've heard

67Lean On - Major Lazer

I love this song it is so fun and I love the cover " peace is the mission" you should take that to heart.

It should be among the first five. It's a really an awesome song. It's very popular in my school. Popular than many of those listed in top 10.

I don't consider this a masterpiece. I do not like the way this song sounds --- the instrumental and vocals. I could tell that DJ Snake contributed to this track because the sounds stemmed from Turn Down From What are noticeable. DJ Snake's sounds in Lean On are a sharp form of the sounds in Turn Down For What. Microsoft likes this song. Microsoft used this song in their advertisement. - madoog

I like this song altho it takes NO talent to make it

68Better When I'm Dancin' - Meghan Trainor

Every time I listen to this song is will always dance. It's the soundtrack for peanut's the movie. And I love Meghan train or since the song all about that Bass. My sisters didn't like the song lips are moving

Who are muse, and rita ora, and since when is she and muse are better than Meghan trainor's better when I'm dancing? In poms, we're dancing to this song, it's just amazing!

What a perfect little tune for the Peanuts movie

The most favourite song by Meghan Trainor

69Worth It - Fifth Harmony

Fifth harmony definitely has talent but this song doesn't show their talent at all. Generic lyrics, admittedly catchy tune but nothing special about their vocals in this song. I've definitely heard them sing a lot better than this and this is honestly disappointing

Fifth Harmony is decent, but this is DEFINITELY their worst. Where are their other songs?!

I like Fifth Harmony, but this their worst song. They can do better than this. Isn't even comparable to "Miss Movin' On".

If you make garbage like this, you are not worth it. - AnonymousChick

70Invincible - Kelly Clarkson

This song deserves more recognition. This should have been the hit Fight Song was. This is inspirational music done right. For those who want to make girl power songs, please take notes from this song.

Love this song. I love the beat, the vocals, everything. I definitely recommend the song to anybody who has taste!

I totally agree this SHOULD have been the hit Fight Song was- better vocals, better video, better singer!

Kelly Clarkson is underrated

71Heavydirtysoul - Twenty One Pilots

Tyler actually writes about a feeling in his life, unlike some of the songs on the list

Starts out as rap then turns into great sounding voice

72Earned It - The Weeknd

Earned It is a great song and quite relaxing in a way. His voice is perfect for this song. 2015 was a great year for The Weeknd. - madoog

74Don't Be So Hard On Yourself - Jess Glynne

Best vocal of the year, nearly Adele standard!

I found this song on a music app on my tablet. This song is truly amazing, and this is the first song of hers that I like. - madoog

I can relate to this song. I am always hard on myself.

This song is so best song

V10 Comments
75Hotline Bling - Drake

This is not one of drakes best songs and he dances weird in the video

This song is the best Drake song EVER! This song should be higher on the list!

I LOVE THIS SONG! I think its one of his better songs. Yes, the dancing is weird and he looks creepy in the turtleneck, but it's a superb song.

This song was all over how is this not in the top ten

76Me, Myself & I - G-Eazy & Bebe Rexha

G Eazy is underrated and so as this song, I haven't heard it a SINGLE TIME on a radio yet, so if you search up the song you won't regret it, very good song, 5/5

G-Eazy is like one's foot. It's there, but you never notice it. The only difference is that feet are actually important. - WonkeyDude98

I didn't know g Eazy was white until I saw the music video and this song is better than hello or see you again or watch me

Annoying song and overused song title / I immediately stopped listening. - madoog

77King Kunta - Kendrick Lamar

To the person who said this is only two albums in you need to go listen to the excellent album section 80, too many people seem to forget about it.

Kendrick Lamar is a legendary rapper only two albums and an Ep in and this song not only is his most popular but his best work to date in my opinion. The percussion is present and one again Lamar's flow is incredibly good.

This really, REALLY should have charted when it first hit the hot 100 back on April 4, 2015. The groove is inhuman, the guitar melody that comes in about a minute into the song is insanely catchy and gives off this dark yet carefree vibe, the percussion is bouncy, the bassline is killer, and the guitar solo at the end...hoo boy. The production is actually perfect. - WonkeyDude98

I like this piece. It is catchy. - madoog

78Alive - Sia

"You're alive and still breathing? Not for much longer by the sounds of it! Seriously, will someone please unclip the car battery from her nipples? This slow, shrill, screeching noise pretending to be a song was all over top 40 radio this year, but it should have been confined to a coffeehouse you've probably never heard of between sets a slam poetry." ~ Adam Buckley - TheEvilNuggetCookie

Sure, it sounds powerful, but the vocals is too much. I instantly disliked this song when I first heard it. This song is annoying, and she yells at the top of her lungs. Gosh! - madoog

Sia you are very unique with your music - spodermanfan1000

Fantastic vocal!

79Failure - Breaking Benjamin

This is a great song it just gives a sense of empowerment

Why is the best song of 2015 not on top?!

V3 Comments
80Writing's On the Wall - Sam Smith

When I watched Spectre, this was one of the best 007 songs I've ever heard. Adele's "SKYFALL" was still better but "Writings on the wall" is a close second and very lyricsal. Lyrical songs have played a huge role in the James Bond movies and it makes the movies outstanding and dramatic and mysterious. Love it! It's my favourite Sam Smith song ever!

All I can say is that Sam Smith made one of the best James Bond songs ever!

I love his vocals, but the songwriting is missing something. It feels very rushed and incomplete.

Sam Smith is a genius. Please visit South Korea...PLEASE
