Top 10 Music Artists You've Heard of for the First Time Thanks to TheTopTens
It doesn't necessarily mean you liked these artists - it only means that thanks to this site you heard of them and learned that many people like them. But it's even better if you liked some of these artists.
My original remix doesn't represent only my own experience - I knew about some artists before that. But I've read some comments by other people that helped me with the list items (ex. "I never heard of them before but this song rocks").
The Top Ten
1 Jackie Evancho
Jacqueline Marie "Jackie" Evancho is an American classical crossover singer who gained wide recognition at an early age and, since 2009, has issued an EP and five albums, including a platinum and gold album and three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts .
I did hear about her for the first time on the top tens, which was very nice. I have enjoyed listening to her music quite a bit since then.
I don't get this site's obsession with her. I mean, she's not bad, but people on here treat her like the second coming of Christ when it comes to music. - Zach808
Everyone in my 5th grade class says they have not heard of her.
She's even in the most beautiful actresses of all time list. I mean, come on... that's ridiculous, not believable and very overrated.
