Right handed guitarists could use only left hand to play guitar though. For example - Buckethead plays left hand (doing hammering on, pull off, legatos), Michael Angelo Batio taps with his both hand, Stanley Jordan tapped two guitar with two hands, Jimmy Page played few notes with his left hand while holding nut with his right hand.

The biggest problem with left handed guitarists is finding left-handed guitar. But I gotta say left handed guitarists look more unique. Though it doesn't matter. I barely strum my guitar with left hand.
