Top Ten Songs from the Newsboys' Shine... The Hits

This was the Newsboys' first compilation album, released in 2000. It is a collection of their greatest hits from 1988-1998 (excluding "Who?", "Joy", and "Praises" which were new songs). The lyrics they wrote are clever, humorous and refreshingly spiritual, not flaky and non-scriptural like some other Christian bands. As they grew, they went on to do more praise-oriented music instead of pop rock. All of these songs are very nostalgic for me. They are my favorites of theirs.
