1 Ultron

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he is portrayed by... read more When I saw the movie, I was expecting another generic and flat Marvel villain, and I was pleasantly surprised. I like how his personality was like the evil version of Tony Stark, and that he had a very dark sense of humour. A lot of people think this ruins him, but I think they're forgetting the he would've been really boring if he was just a really evil robot who was really evil and had no personality in the slightest.
So, I had some problems with Ultron, because he wasn't just a scary as his comic counterpart, but I'll let that slide, because James Spader is awesome as Ultron. Really, I hope he returns as Ultron in Phase 4, as the next Thanos-like villain, and really mess things up for the Avengers.
2 Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch

I Hope She's as Awesome In Civil war as she was in Age Of Ultron. I Never Really Liked Scarlet Witch Until I Saw This Movie! She's My Favourite Female Marvel Character Now Next to Kitty Pryde and Black Widow
I want Wanda Maximoff to have her own movie! Honestly! She has a massive backstory and a lot more movies in her. Her past hasn't been explained as much as I would like but she has to be quiet to be able to have her own movie.
She awesome. I would love to have her powers. She is also pretty.
3 Pietro Maximoff / Quicksilver
Pietro Maximoff is the best character ever. He's such a real character and he deserved so much better. He is such a sweet and funny person but also a true hero, sacrificing himself for a member of the Avengers and a little boy. He is protective of his sister and he won't let anyone hurt his family. He is lovable, sweet, a real character that deserved so much better.
I voted for Wanda, but Pietro is just as awesome.
Spoilers...
1. He saved Hawkeye and that little boy.
2. When he was little he saved his sister

She just doesn't want to show off, and wants to give the bad guys a little hope that they will win. She is also the funniest character. (ahem:))
You want my opinion? Natasha is absolutely awesome. Her awesome moves are insane and she is really really fast too. 1st place, please
9 Clint Barton / Hawkeye
Clinton Francis "Clint" Barton, better known as Hawkeye, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is a former special agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., where he worked under the supervision of Phil Coulson. Known for his use of the bow and arrow as his primary weapon,... read more Barton should be #1. His character was so much better in this movie. Although just a helper for the most part, he helps the Avengers stay at his house, and near the end helped motivate Wanda to fight (keep in mind for those that have seen it that Barton had hit her with a stun arrow in a previous scene). I didn't like Barton in the first movie (particularly since Loki had him under control for much of the first half), but here he really is his own.
Hawkeye was always my favorite Avenger. In the first film he didn't got much of a role but still rocked but in the second installment he was a boss. He should definitely get his own movie.
