Best Blue October Songs
Amazing song that should definitely be their #1. I love "Into the Ocean," but "Hate Me" breaks me down every time I listen to it. The meaning of the song is so deep and powerful that anyone that has had a hard time before can relate to it. The way the music flows with the lyrics is simply amazing, and the emotional way it is song is enough for anyone to cry.
You honestly have to of went through something to understand this song. My mom waiting up for me to come home when I sometimes wouldn't. This song hit my heart with so much impact. I've been sober for 10 years, so people now have no idea. Most people love the concept when explained to them. This song is just amazing.
I love this song a lot more especially the part where he goes like I travel so far away so that I shouldn't cross your mind. I like rock music. Eminem is good too I like people who sing songs whilst complaining... Like three days grace, blue October, Coldplay, adele James blunt, good Charlotte and Eminem etc
I have a special memory of my Dad showing me this song when I was a little kid, so this song brings back memories.
This is my favorite song of all time. It's a song I can listen to constantly & never get sick of it. The lyrics really speak to me.
I can't really choose my "#1" song but I think it should be this one because it's their most well known songs (as far as radio plays go) - and from their best album, Foiled
I think it should be. #111
I love this song so much I listen to it everyday it should be number 1
There is just something about this song, but every time I hear it, it just makes you feel good and think about that special someone in your life...

My song for my wife of 38 years!
Love this song!
This song has such a catchy, unique, raw sound, and it captures the intensity of youth so well. Some of the best lyrics too... "trade rules, switch side for your beautiful eyes/let him be you through your beautiful cries/let him hold you up so you can touch affordable skies"... "pull my hair back, look me in the eye/there's a self-destructive meaning in the bleeding of a guy/it's the guilt of what reality is giving me/making sense of all mistakes and my stupidity". SO GOOD.
Just a fabulous song, nice beat, better vocals.
This is the first song of Blue October I've heard - and I will listen to them more often now that they have captured my heart.
" I want to give you something
I've been wanting to give to you for years
"My heart, my pain won't cover up,
You left me"
Everyone who experienced unrequited love will be able to relate to this song. This song is the anthem of unrequited love.
The build-up is awesome. As the music slowly picks up you really feel the energy
I honestly think that if you strip this song down, it doesn't get more romantic than this. It's our wedding song. We've been together for years, know eachother for almost a decade and I can't actually think of a better song than this for our wedding song.
God I haven't listened to this song in years. Its still hard to at times. She loved this song, and her look on life was exactly this. Life is a Jump Rope people.
' So I give you my coldest shoulder! '

This song should be in top ten at the least. The song tells his story of losin his baby girl, Blue. But it's so easy to relate to. It got me through some tough times with my crush.
Best Blue October song since "Hate Me." It's as powerful as any that they've written. A few months ago this song single-handedly got me listening to them after years
This song makes me cry almost every time I hear it. Really hits home for me. "I know that God exists, I held her in my arms."
One of the few songs that actually has the ability to make me cry. Such a beautiful song.

This song is for everyone, including u and me, who are struggling to face our own world. Sometimes a probably will be accepted as a rubbish by someone but will be seen as a giant monster by another one. This song comes to help a little bit or more. Love this song so much
Do yourself a favor and listen to the acoustic version of this GEM !
Love it. The beat, the message, just simply love it.
This song has been my anthem for a couple years now and helped me get the courage to leave an abusive relationship. I get goosebumps every time I hear it, no matter how many times I hear it. It's definitely in my top 5 fave Blue October songs and I think the instrumentals and lyrics are some of their very best.
Such a beautiful song - the acoustic is fantastic. I just got dumped after a two year relationship where I gave the girl absolutely everything, and this song is getting me through it. Thank you, BO, for writing such heartfelt lyrics.
An amazing depiction of inner pain and learning to grow from tragedy. Almost tearful.
It's hard to have a 'top 10' for a band so amazing.
This song should be in top 3... Amazing lyrics and a catchy rhythm and a good subject... All factors essential for a song...
This is a Stunning song. I really do appreciate Justin's (lead vocalist) voice in all of his songs. His passion is different in each individual song.

Every one should listen to this song! The live version is so Amazing! , "don't bother trusting, don't bother waiting, don't bother changing things that wont get into changing... Just let me ho away.."
I can't NOT include this song. Especially the live version from Argue with a Tree, the studio version from approaching normal is.. Meh too quiet; not as powerful as they are live
All of their songs are the BEST. Hands down.
Best song live. Period
