At the exact same week in 1964, two TV series first aired with a very similar premise: The Munsters and The Addams Family. Both series were about families that find bliss and joy in spooky and macabre things, but regard themselves and the things they like as completely normal. In most countries, The Addams Family recieved the bigger cult following, in my home country Austria, The Munsters did.
But with all the similarities in those two shows, there are also some major differences. This list is about them.
