Top 10 Cartoon Network Cartoons

Personally, I think Cartoon Network is the only kid's network that has not turned into a teenpop disney douchebag of a channel, also make some of the best shows, although you may think flintstones and tom and jerry are top, they are not originally from cartoon network. Enjoy!

The Top Ten
  1. Ed, Edd n Eddy

Ed, Edd n Eddy is a Canadian-American animated comedy television series created by Danny Antonucci for Cartoon Network. It was the sixth original Cartoon Cartoon produced by the network. The show follows three preteen boys named Ed, Edd (also called "Double D"), and Eddy, who live in a suburban cul-de-sac... read more

You can't den denh these 3 boys, the Ed's, are the kings of Cartoonetwork. The humor, sound effects, animation, everything! The show was ahead of its time do defirnly a landmark in animation. There's a reason why it's the longest CN show of all time and it's movie being the finale was an appropriate send off! After that film, is whenever CN died. Luckily we've gotten some good shows since like Regukat show, Gumball, and Adventure time, but none can create the effect these 3 kids from the culdesac brought to us.

    1999-2009

This is my all-time favorite cartoon ever. I really miss the series because kids including me loved this cartoon and they barely show it anymore. It stars the Eds, three friends who scam the other kids of their money to get jawbreakers, but hardly any of them work. It is the longest running Cartoon Network based cartoon broadcasted.

  2. The Powerpuff Girls

The Powerpuff Girls is an American animated television series created by animator Craig McCracken for Cartoon Network. The main characters of the show are Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. The story follows Professor Utonium, who accidentally creates three little superhero girls using a mixture of sugar... read more

This is the most successful Cartoon Network show. And here is evidence that this is the most successful Cartoon Network show: This show had the highest rated premier, this was the first Cartoon Network show to have a movie in theatres! This is also the only Western cartoon to have its own actual anime, and many people wish their favorite cartoons had anime versions. Well guess what? You are lucky if you are PPG fan who wishes for an anime version of PPG because it has an actual real anime.

    1998-2005

I admit it, I'm a boy but I still watch this show. The reason why it is number 2 on the list is because it is the show hat everyone knows about. It stars three superhuman girls formed in a laboratory fighting evil in townsville. I'm embarrassed to watch it but still, it is one of Cartoon Network's greatest.

  3. Teen Titans

Teen Titans is an American animated television series created by Glen Murakami, based on the DC Comics superhero team of the same name. It originally aired on Cartoon Network from 2003 to 2006 and later on Kids' WB. The series follows a team of young superheroes as they battle villains and navigate growing... read more

Best cartoon I've ever seen. I've only just started watching it a couple of months ago but seriously why can't they just keep on playing it! All the characters are very funny but when Raven says her sarcastic lines or has a funny moment, the neighbours will be banging on the door! Teen Titans will never be forgotten. TITANS GO!

This show is amazing, it deserves to at least be in the top 3! It was the perfect blend of action, comedy, and dark serious storylines that captured so many audiences of all ages and genders. And the characters are very memorable. When there's trouble you know who to call... Long live Teen Titans!

  4. Adventure Time

Adventure Time is an American animated television series created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network. The series follows the adventures of a boy named Finn, voiced by Jeremy Shada, and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake, voiced by John DiMaggio. Adventure Time, in my opinion, is the best cartoon in history! It has a lot of adventure, obviously, yet manages to still be quite funny! Also, the characters are so creative and no one else could've ever thought of them. These are the main characters:

Finn- A very weird but righteous 15-year-old hero!

Jake- A super funny ice cream and video game loving stretchy dog! (my favorite)

Ice King- A lonely ol ice wizard who lives in a tower with lots of penguins

BMO- A walking, talking video game system!

Marceline-A rough but sweet vampire queen!

Princess Bubblegum- A very kind and smart princess!

Lumpy Space Princess-A crazy, talkative cloud-looking chick!

Lady Rainicorn- A rainbow unicorn that only speaks Korean!

I personally think this show should have number 1!

  5. The Amazing World of Gumball

LOVE IT And I agree it should be way higher no:5. CAN'T Get enough Of it

If it was possible I could watch a 24 hour marathon without moving and would by a diaber so I could not go to the bathroom

Amazing world of gumball is a magnificent cartoon that should definitely be number 1 I looove it... funniest show to ever air on Cartoon Network.

This show rules! It is mixed up with clay animations and 3d graphics and 2d graphics, this needs to be higher

    2005-2008

Great classic show for all ages. I just loved watching Ben transform into all kind of aliens, from Four Arms to XLR8 to Heatblast to beat up alien baddies when I was a little kid. It's just a fun show and has been a huge success for Cartoon Network as it is now in its 4th series after several video games, cartoon movies, and toy action figures.

There used to be a time when I enjoyed this show for its comical characters and inventive transformations. Fight scenes don't age well but I prefer it over the "grown up" sequel.

  7. Regular Show

Regular Show is an American animated television series created by J. G. Quintel for Cartoon Network that premiered on September 6, 2010. The Person that put Sorry to losers who cannot understand awesome cartoons. Regular show is the best cartoon EVER. Every kid in South Africa LOVES it. Regular Show is Ok to me but it doesn't have enough action and it doesn't make us laugh like Ed Edd n Eddy or the Flintstones does. Not anyone loves Regular Show I'm Sorry. I'm a Big Fan of the Old School Cartoon Network because everybody loves the Old Cartoons Better. Some New Cartoons like Star vs the Forces of Evil, The Amazing World of Gumball, and Steven Universe are Good Cartoons but I Love the Old Better. I'm Old School. I know everybody have their opinion but I'm telling the Truth Sorry

A global kid-force who helps kids & rebels against adults all around the world who makes their kids eat broccoli for dinner, give too much homework, or make them go to bed early. I love how it meets kid's wants and needs, & how it's like an secret agent show! Kids Next Door is just like looking at an mirror. Kids Next Door... BATTLESTATIONS!

    1999-2002

A short series but was still an interesting show. Even though this show was meant for kids, it had very disturbing episodes. A dog gets adopted by an elderly couple and this dog is constantly saving them from horrifying monsters and situations. I love it and it was one of Cartoon Network's best.

I heart it. I've only watched a few episodes as it ended a while after I saw it but it was wonderful all the same.

For me courage is the best cartoon character ever!

This is amazing show I saw ever in my 19 years life. This show was completely changed my life. IT makes me completely different and more responsible. This makes me quirious about the universe when I was only 7 years old. But now I am 18

Dragonball Z beats horrible animes (afro samurai, boondocks inuyasha bleach) DBZ we need your help Tonami is in danger!

The secret of Samurai Jack is... the epic scope and the way that it's a better CN action show than Ben 10.

I loved that program and it's in the top rank.

#19? This show is badass and way better than most of the ones above it. (the only exceptions are Adventure Time, Regular Show, Dexter's Laboratory, and Steven Universe)

Who the hell put this so low should go start cutting.

    1996-2003

One of my favorite shows when I was little, it stars a little boy scientist with a humongous laboratory always getting into casualties mostly because of his big sister DeeDee. It also teaches you about sciency stuff too but in general, it is a really good show.

  21. Steven Universe

Steven Universe is an American animated television series created by Rebecca Sugar for Cartoon Network. The show centers around a young boy named Steven Universe, who is a hybrid of a gem and a human. He lives with his gem friends, Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl.

The fact that this is lower than Johnny Test is honestly sad. That show is an abomination. It needs to die. Steven Universe is a show that puts deep themes together with funny, entertaining character interactions. It has some of the best written child characters I have ever seen. It manages to develop the characters over time, entertain you with humor, do an occasional fight scene and leave you grasping for more. If only the show would stop going on hiatus...

When I scrolled down to the bottom of this list today and found Steven universe at the bottom - I almost cried not only because of sadness but because of rage. I know that this is still a personal opinion and please don't take this too seriously, but people just can't recognize a masterpiece when they see one.

The show with a highly odd plot lands this show on number 10. After losing a bet to an idiotic boy and a depressing angry little girl, The Grim Reaper has to be their best friend forever. Always being in weird situations in each episode it was always a great cartoon to watch.

Surprised that this is lower becuz Total Drama was actually very successful. When TDI was first released on Cartoon Network in the US, it became popular and developed a massive fan base.

The Best TV Show I have ever seen, Cartoon or not. I actually like it more than its ancestor: Survivor. All the characters are likable in their own ways, especially Owen, Courtney, LeShawna, Gwen, and Duncan. It uses stupid fart jokes, but it's done well. The confessionals are so cool, Episodes 10-13 are the Best streak of Episodes in any TV show. Heather's rivalries are fun to watch, they have a share of jokes that make me laugh a lot, and I heard they're making a movie about this show! I can't wait!

We will never like you Johnny Test! Kill him! What a cruddy cartoon! So stupid! I hate this show! Never watch, no matter what! Why is this so high? Kill it! Lower this, please!...MeoMeo

How is this show in the top 5, let alone the top 50? It's such a lazily written show and it's ranked over the show it directly ripped off, Dexter's Lab. SMH
