Top 10 Ugliest Fictional Characters of All Time
Here is the list of the world's ugliest fictional characters of all time.
These characters can sometimes be scary, even to the point of being nightmare fuel.
-
Kamata-kun (Shin Godzilla)
This character (the second form of Shin Godzilla) is one of, if not the ugliest fictional characters I have ever seen. Don't get me started on how Kamata-kun is purely concentrated nightmare fuel.
Its gills gushing out blood, or whatever that red liquid is, as it moves is so disgusting.
The way the neck jiggles while it runs is disgusting and hard to look at.
-
Thwomp (Super Mario)
The rough layers on the Thwomp's body and its unpleasant angry face are very unattractive, even if it is in a family-friendly game series. Its design looks even worse in the old N64 and GameCube versions of the franchise. The face looks even angrier and more nightmarish, despite being kid-friendly.
-
Jabba the Hutt (Star Wars)
Jabba the Hutt is a fictional character from the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. He is depicted as a large, slug-like alien. Jabba first appeared on screen in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi and was later included in the special edition of Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
Yep, you heard that right. This Star Wars character is really ugly in design. He looks like if a human and a slug had a baby, you get this abomination.
-
Diggersby (Pokémon)
Diggersby is a dual-type Normal/Ground Pokémon introduced in the Pokémon franchise's sixth generation. It evolves from Bunnelby starting at level 20 and is known for its powerful digging abilities. Diggersby's large, muscular ears function like arms, making it highly effective at excavating tunnels and... read more
That thing looks nasty, although I'm not sure if gross-looking and ugly are the same thing. I'm including this in case nasty-looking and ugly are the same thing.
-
M.O.D.O.K. (Marvel Comics)
Yikes! He is really ugly. I mean, his face looks so wrong, and his head is so oversized that he practically doesn't even have a torso.
He looks even worse in the new Ant-Man and the Wasp movie.
-
Sloth (The Goonies)
To be fair, I'm not a fan of The Goonies, but this character looks so ugly, even if he redeemed himself.
-
Tingle (The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask)
Eh... I'm not comfortable with seeing this character.
-
Abomination (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
I've used the Lego version of this literal abomination (pun intended), since the live-action film version (or the She-Hulk series version) of the character is so grotesque-looking.
-
Dr. Robotnik (Sonic SatAM)
I never understood why Dr. Robotnik had red eyes, but either way, those eyes seriously do not suit him.
-
Darth Maul (Star Wars)
Darth Maul is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Trained as Darth Sidious's first apprentice, he serves as a Sith Lord and wields a distinctive double-bladed lightsaber. Yeah, Darth Maul is WAY too ugly for me to handle since he resembles a stereotypical devil more than he does a Star Wars character.

-
Great Goblin (The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey)

Yeah, this third form of Shin Godzilla is ugly, but at least it is nowhere near as ugly or unsettling as Kamata-kun (which I placed at number 1).

Culverton Smith (Sherlock Holmes)

Beavis is a fictional character. He is one of the teenage protagonists on the MTV animated series Beavis and Butt-Head. Created by Mike Judge, the character is known for his crude humor, distinctive laugh, and commentary on music videos.

Wario may be popular, but he is kind of ugly in my opinion. However, I do like the GameCube's Wario World version of the character and the game itself, as well as Wario's appearances in the Mario Party game franchise.
No offense to Wario fans or people who like/love Wario, and I bet he is a great character. It's just that in most appearances, he doesn't look attractive.
