The entire game is completely depressing your constantly forced to make difficult decisions which don't seem to make much of a difference the entire game Lee goes out of his way to protect Clementine and its revealed what happened to her parents who are now infected and Lee eventually meets his end after being bitten and your given the choice of either giving him an honorable death by putting him out of his misery or leave him as he slowly turns.

Resident Evil 7 was a pretty terrifying game and a pretty depressing one when its learned what actually happened to the Baker family prior to Ethan ending up at the Baker estate with the DLC banned footage, they were basically good people with the exception of Lucas who was already a nut job to begin with until Eveline showed up and changed them.

The whole reason why Issac came on the mission on the Ishimura was to find his girlfriend Nicole only to find the entire ship infected by murderous space monsters known as necromorphs who use to be the people of the Ishimura unfortunately despite his efforts to get to her all of it was in vain as Nicole was already dead long before they even got there and to make matters worst now Issac has become infected by the effects of the Marker.

Even from the opening you could already tell this game wasn't going to have a happy ending after Conker wakes up with a hangover he goes through a series of bizarre events as he tries to get home in the games final level he and Berri have to break into a vault and get double crossed Berri is killed and Conker ends up having to fight an Alien like creature he succeeds in defeating it after the game literally locks up and with the help of a programmer uses a samurai sword to dispose of the Alien unfortunately Conker's is now crowned the new King and surrounded by characters that he hates and the programmer leaves before he was able to have Berri brought back to life leaving the game in a very depressing state, originally the games was suppose to end with Conker committing suicide.

This game has so many depressing moments like with Helena Harper being forced by Derek Simmons in helping in the assassination of the president by holder her sister Deborah hostage despite rescuing her latter she transforms and your forced to put her down, then there's Chris who has to deal with the loss of his men after being lured into a trap by who he thinks is Ada and years later after suffering from amnesia is bra ought back by Piers who forces him to deal with his past as well as he's obsession with revenge against her and eventually during the final boss fight Piers injects himself with the C virus and helps Chris to defeat the boss and as their making their escape he chooses to stay behind saving allowing Chris to escape,much to Chris's disapproval, and then finally Jake Muller who learns that he is in fact the son of Albert Wesker.

I hate the Kingdom Hearts series very much and this game is easily one of, if not, the worst of them all. For too many reasons to list...
