These bands weren't really all that special or interesting from the 2000's decade.

1 3 Doors Down 3 Doors Down is an American post-grunge band from Escatawpa, Mississippi that formed in 1996. The band originally consisted of Brad Arnold (vocals/drums), Todd Harrell (bass guitar) and Matt Roberts (guitar). They were soon joined by guitarist Chris Henderson, and later by drummer Richard Liles.

Had a few good songs, but nobody is gonna claim their all-time favorite band is 3 Doors Down.

2 Hinder Hinder is an American post-grunge/hard rock band from Oklahoma. The band was formed in 2001 by drummer Cody Hanson, lead singer Austin Winkler, and guitarist Joe "Blower" Garvey.
3 Papa Roach Papa Roach is an American rock band from Vacaville, California. Formed in 1993, their first major-label release was the triple-platinum album Infest.

I liked their one song. And it was for a riff. And I then I learnt that riff was ripped off.

4 Trapt Trapt is an American post-grunge band that formed in Los Gatos, California, in 1995. They are best known for their 2002 single "Headstrong".
5 Avenged Sevenfold Avenged Sevenfold is an American heavy metal band, that was formed 1999 in California. Their longest lineup of members was M. Shadows (Vocals), Synyster Gates (Lead Guitar), Zacky Vengeance (Rhythm Guitar), Johnny Christ (Bass Guitar), and The Rev (Drums).

Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan (Drums), their most notable drummer, passed away in 2009, being temporarily replaced by Mike Portnoy, who was replaced by Arin Ilejay, who was finally replaced with Brooks Wackerman. 6 Halestorm Halestorm is an American hard rock band from Red Lion, Pennsylvania, consisting of lead vocalist and guitarist Lzzy Hale, her brother drummer and percussionist Arejay Hale, guitarist Joe Hottinger, and bassist Josh Smith.

Their not all that great.

7 Flyleaf Flyleaf is an American rock band formed in Bell County, Texas, in 2002. The band has charted on mainstream rock, Christian pop and Christian metal genres.

I don't think I need to explain this one.

8 Buckcherry Buckcherry is an American rock band from Anaheim, California, formed in 1995. The band released two albums, Buckcherry and Time Bomb, before dissolving in 2002. In 2005, lead vocalist Josh Todd and lead guitarist Keith Nelson reformed Buckcherry with a new lineup and released a new album in 2006, 15. It contained Buckcherry's biggest crossover hits to date, "Crazy Bitch", and their first Billboard Hot 100 top ten hit, "Sorry".

Yeah pretty mediocre.
