The Top Ten
Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) played by Johnny Depp

Most of the above, especially Mr. Bean, is over-the-top comedy.

Captain Jack, on the other hand, is adventurous and humorous. If I was the jury, I would give him the Oscar.

This guy pulled off a character that is really hard to pull off. I mean, try acting drunk with 20 cameras pointing at you. I dare ya!

Johnny is just so funny in this movie because he walks very funny.

Tuco Benedicto Pacifico Juan Maria Ramirez (The Good, the Bad and the Ugly) played by Eli Wallach

With seemingly boundless amounts of energy, enough to turn him into a living cartoon, this opportunistic Mexican bandit is not only one of the funniest movie characters, but he's also one of the greatest. You will laugh at him for being so goofy, but give it time, and you start to care about him as well. Also, he's more dangerous than he appears.

Johnny English (Johnny English) played by Rowan Atkinson

No matter how old he gets, his humor never goes away. He makes the movie actually funny! Rowan Atkinson has been our family's favorite.

Yeah, he's awesome...but where's Dr. Evil? Myers is even funnier as him!

A hybrid of Iron Man and Jack Sparrow, this incarnation of Sherlock Holmes is sarcastic, arrogant, and quite good at the old fisticuffs. That's why we love him.

Rayna Boyanov (Spy) played by Rose Byrne
