The United States has the best party scene. All of the universities in combination with a good climate for weather means lots of partying. Not to mention all the different sports. And for the most part, a medium to wealthy citizenship. Standard of living is just higher. Therefore, the partying is the best! Nobody throws down like the USA in the overall picture! Now, places like Holland and Brazil do party hard. Just not like the USA. The USA is on another level!

Everything is better in America. That's why I live here. I simply would not want to live anywhere else in the world. We've got Miami, New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and a whole bunch of other places where the parties are crazy, and the women are sexy!

I've lived in Texas all my life and have been to a handful of other states, been to New Orleans and love it there. But Ibiza, Spain, in just 4 days of being there and no more than 8 hours of sleep total, I have to say is by far the epitome of PARTY. It's a fun-filled, free atmosphere. All the people I could talk to (i.e., English speakers, haha) were all there for the same reason: to have an all-out RAGER! I fancy myself a drinker, so here is my typical day there. Wake up 10-11am, drink rum and coke till 3pm, eat a little something, usually 6 shrimps. Get back to drinking a few beers, run to the hotel shower & change, then sip whisky till around 8pm. Hit the streets drinking at every place I'd see, chat with new friends and find a party, take drugs by 12am, and party till 8. Sleep till 10-11am and do it all again. By the way, going back for a month and a half this year!

As a young Dutch woman, I love my country. First of all, we are the leading country with the most and biggest successful DJs along with Sweden. So, we have embraced it a whole lot sooner and more effectively. Even America is holding their own version of Mystery Land, one of our biggest festivals. They are just copycats.

Second of all, I've heard from various sources that in places like America, they are much unfriendlier at the festivals, and much more aggressive than here. I agree, often when I go to bars, I am more annoyed with drunken foreigners than locals, because the locals have the same attitude. They tend to be not as aggressive. For instance, once a wasted group of British tourists completely denied the existence of a Dutch singer called Rutha Kot, and kept claiming the woman on the bar poster was Shirley Bassey. The way they said it was so unfriendly and stupidly drunk. I don't often see a Dutch person act like that, and I don't act like that either when I go out in other countries. We love to party, but aside from the extreme soccer/football fans that get aggressive when drunk, I've never encountered such a problem with someone from my own country.

Third, we party but we do it smarter. Drugs are to some extent legal. For example, you can own some drugs but you aren't allowed to make them, and even the drugs that are allowed to have on you are only permitted to a certain amount. When you go to festivals, there is quite a number that has a stand where you can test your drugs. People know lots of people who party do drugs, and to make sure the people who do use are still safe, you can go there and test your drugs. A few years ago, people died in Amsterdam because they got white heroin instead of cocaine. Foreigners often come to us to party, but they automatically assume everything's safe. It's not always safe to use, actually. They are often totally clueless about how the drug industry works and just get it from the nearest dealer. Locals... more

Nowhere else will an alcohol-fueled, lust-inducing, drug-crazed night land you in the local kebab house, where you'll find yourself telling your new best mate about your night.

House music heaven. I particularly enjoy the scene at events like Insomnifest. Dirty house music vibes. I like how there is a mix of urban street with the crowd.

Simply the most party-crazed people on the planet, wherever they go, they take the party with them.

Of course, Italy does not have the clientele that Spain has, which is basically drunk, violent punks. Italy has a much more exclusive and upscale clientele. In places like Capri, you will never see people taking drugs, drinking, and puking their guts out on the street like you'll see literally everywhere in Spain (maybe a little bit in Rimini and Riccione). But Milan, Rome, Sardinia, Florence... there are awesome clubs full of people partying all night long like normal, civilized human beings.

Of course, it depends on what kind of party you prefer... but Italians sure know how to party!

I've been a flight attendant for over 15 years and have been to over 50 countries. By far, Lebanon has the best party scene and some of the best-designed clubs I've been to, and I've been to tons.

Lebanon is where you can party every day in summer nonstop. Lebanon is also known for its quality people. They're very, very friendly, and you will love the atmosphere. If you're staying in Beirut, make sure you visit Gemayze and Monot Street. On those two streets, you're going to find hundreds of pubs and clubs. (P.S: You don't go to Skybar Club to dance).

Canada over the US. I played baseball in the States. The few other Canadian kids and I could outdrink everyone. Back in Canada, it's a different story. The parties aren't the same either. Yes, there are some funny people in the US, but my Canadian friends make me howl with laughter every time we go out. Plus, the drinking age isn't 21.

From the US, and I always thought we had some great parties, but my Canadian friend convinced me to come up. I was not disappointed. People were the friendliest I've ever met and partied like none other. Simply amazing!

The only country on the list where the people are mostly happy and everything is about dancing and having a good party on the beach or in the communities.

Has anyone watched dancehall? I mean, these guys can dance the whole night. The fact that they can sprint should definitely be a big clue on their partying stamina.

Canada? Are you kidding me? Cities like Cancun and Acapulco are the best for partying. I love Canada, and it's one of the best countries I've visited. But when it comes to partying, Mexico is far better. The drinking age is 18, so you don't have to wait until college to party, and Latinos really know how to party.

You will never know what a real party is until you get wasted on a "Trajinera" in Xochimilco or see the sunrise from a beach after a rave in Cancun. Mexico offers the perfect combination of nature, food, traditions, and drinks. There's nothing like a Mexican party.

Norway is a really fun country to visit. The people are really outgoing, and they make great friends as well.

It's a shame that Norway isn't higher on this list. Partying and drinking are part of the culture here. Teenagers aged 18-19 even buy a bus they transform into a "russebuss" (party bus) and party in it for 30 whole days. Norway is undoubtedly one of the best party countries.

In Romania, there is like a rule that says, "You want to party? Well, we will party until the sunrise." I remember every summer when I would go to Romania and turn on the TV, and every single day of the summer, they said on the news that when people party in Mamaia (the best place to visit in the summertime and also many beaches), they would party until the sunrise, then take a bath/swim a little so that they would refresh/wake up, and then the party continues.
