They are only Nazi puppet state in the world that had concentration camps for Serbs and Jews ( most prominent "Jasenovac", "Jadovno"... ), even separate children extermination camps... that didn't bare any consequences for their actions after the war, they were accepted in Yugoslavia as a brother nation. That mistake for not punishing those thrives lives today through young and middle age generations who admire their grandfathers who were wearing black uniforms and hailed to Third Reich, and doing so today, and reminding everyone of their past roles when even Germans are ashamed and hiding their past ideals is a prime example of stupidity. One of the reasons they continue doing it today is because of stupidity of No1 nation from this list who support them.

I live in the USA and see so many stupid people. It's almost a 3 to 4 ratio. Our education generally has us somewhere between Top 11% to 20% in education. Many Americans honestly couldn't tell you the differences between communism, fascism, socialism and capitalism. You can even present them with the facts at the USA really lags behind the world, but they just ignore as magic. There are many reasons many idiots say the USA is the best country in the world to live in. We also ignore the bad history of this country in our schools and only teach we only do "good" no matter what.

Just look at our election system, 2 of the last 5 elections, the loser of the election won. This is also the 3rd time in the last 5 elections we elected a total idiot as President. (George W. Bush and Donald Trump). We also take pride in putting down our smartest people in this country and hate science as if it was devil magic. Well idiots generally get their own T.V. shows and reality T.V. shows are generally most watched. Many take pride in not helping others and love to kick people when they are down, saying it's all their fault. We put more money into our sports then education.

Plus we are easily talked into supporting wars. Look at Syria and Iran, people are ready to go to war with them. We got talked into a war with Iraq easily. A lot of American stupidity is all because we have the rich people, keeping the non-rich people stupid as possible. So they don't know how much they are getting screwed out of.

I don't know what ill-informed idiot put the United States at the top of this list. North Korea is the worst country ever. Whether "stupidest country" in this list means the people in these countries are stupid, or the government system and overall country is stupid, North Korea wins the title of the stupidest country. Poor North Koreans live under an oppressive dictatorship in which they only learn what the government wants them to. They are deprived of human rights and the most basic freedoms.

Wonderful. This list is perhaps the best and most correct list in the world. Croatia number 1 and Serbia number 4 in stupidity. It is more than scientific. It is justice calling out from the pages of history and all those poor innocent people murdered by this gang of criminal freaks. I am Croatian and these rotten entitled freaks who see a speck in everyone else's eye but not the boulder in their own, these carriers of primitive savagery and hate, they deserve this shame, they deserve the terrible economic condition for all the people they hated and the bodies that floated in some of the most beautiful terrain in the world. The sad truth is - it's the mother. The mother is so overbearing, so emotionally codependent, the boy can do anything. And totally enthralled in the overbearing embrace of the mother, he is a narcissistic, unethical, spoiled and entitled brat, who is at 50 the same as he was at 12, petty, seething, only interested in breasts and flashy cars, basketball and laying around. We have a saying in Serbo-Croatian that they clearly have not heeded: what a wise man is ashamed of, the fool brags about.

As a Venezuelan, I can tell you people here are really stupid and more. But it's not ((only)) because of socialism, it's because of laziness. Some were able to get out, live a few months somewhere else, and they had to return because "it's too difficult outside."

No one here likes socialism, not even anyone who's just trying to spread some propaganda, I can guarantee it, but they don't like to work either. This way of thinking has been around for even longer than Chavez.

This country has a lot of discrimination. My grandmother, who is a Christian missionary, told me that her "spiritual sister" got shot in the head in South Sudan, because of her religion. Personally, I'm a Christian, and this country should at least not discriminate others from a different religion aside from Islam. However, some Muslims are pretty nice, it's just that the religious people in South Sudan, are radical.

No one discriminate people on the basis of religion in south Sudan, Christians are majority and the don't have problems with Muslims minority... The on going civil war is a political war.. Try to do more research about. Thanks.

Chinese people are very uneducated and dumb. Perhaps the most dumbest in the world. Sure they got an educational system that forces kids to learn, unlike the Western world, however, the problem is they don't learn the basic things in life. They don't know basic knowledge or schools and no amount of cheap labour will fill the gap in knowledge. Chinese people are the most barbabian race in the world.

Chinese people have a strict educational system that is so corrupt and teaches their kids little basics and knowledge. They only learn science and maths and that's exactly why they are known as an uncreative and dumb country. Sure, it's great they force their kids to learn, however, they do this through harsh labour and punishments and cause kids to kill themselves.

India is a country that pretends to be a country even though it has about 20 languages. Every self proclaimed patriot in India would find that travelling from one state to another feels like travelling to a different country, with a different culture and language. "Unity in diversity" is a claim presented by Indians, but those retards who raise such slogans have no idea what patriotism means. India is a prime example of what a country should not be. Indians believe that their huge number alone is enough to make them a super power, they hold to the belief that they are the "fastest developing" nation in the world. India is not one country.

The British and Germans are here? Seriously? While like any nation there are dumb people in both nations they still rank very high internationally and have some of the world's greatest educational systems and colleges. No nation or society is perfect, and of course both nations have their fair share of idiots like any country. But both the UK and Germany shoudln't be here. But I imagine Indians who hate Britain and people in general who hate Germany for their past empries have voted here just out of hatred. No wonder why the UK especially gets a lot of votes on hateful threads here, because Indians are the third biggest traffic to this entire website.

It's a huge punishment to belong to this nation. People are filled with hatred between themselves, envy each other and are lying about being religious and moral while 90% of them are real hypocrites. They act like they were die-hard partisans while they were the yugoslav partisan army's smallest minority, were muslims with 2,5% according to Tito in 1944, which means that ss handschar soldiers were more than muslim partisans. This excludes muslim fighters from sandzak muslim militia and muslims who fought directly with ustasa forces. They all have bad tempers too I mean just look at their road rage! E.g I watched a video where two russian's had an accident at an intersection one of the russian's got really fired up about it and got out of his car opened his boot pulled out an axe and started smashing the other person's windscreen. Salaries of teachers are lower than unqualified workers so the majority of them are old farts who don't have passion to work anymore but have to work because of low pensions and they have nowhere else to work. Before insulting Bulgaria, think about your own countries! Yes, some people are rude and dumb, some women are slutty but not all! This is not limited to the lesser fields - your Greek electrician is just as likely to do a slap-and-dash job as your Greek administrators of any institution great or small.
