   Russians are weak minded and arrogant. They are easily brainwashed. Case in point: The world view of Russia is in the toilet because of their land grabbing ambitions and nuclear posturing. Except Putin's approval rating is at record levels. Everyone in the world hates Russia right now. The Russian people don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

   Not even the USSR conducted nuclear posturing like Putin. In fact, they did not even come close in comparison. Putin seems to not wish to address the one source economy issues that is plaguing Russia. Instead, he would rather see to it to bring down his neighbors to his level such as Georgia and Ukraine.

   Finally... How long will Putin be in power? Seems to me, he is the definition of Despot Dictator.

   Of all countries in Europe, definitely the worst. They're the most angry, primitive, war loving, chaos loving and lying people I have ever met. Their cities are rubbish, built in the span of last 60 years out of commie blocks, with Belgrade being the most dull, gray and disgusting city I have ever saw and been into. They speak only about hatred, war and how all the World is against them - but there is a clear reason, amongst all the other wars they started, they're directly guilty for the first World war which was actually the main cause of the second World war. Their uncontrollable need of controlling everyone and everything but not having any talent or education for it, caused the wars in former Yugoslavia also. With atrocities and unseen criminal activities they even today glorify the war criminals. Many well educated and smart people from Serbia left the country forever, leaving the primitives.

   A country that hates everyone around them and more. They want to have everything around them but when you get in their country you feel that you are in the early 1900. Still have blood vengeance, organ crimes, trafficking drugs and a lot more come from there. Presenting themselves as victim while are the biggest oppressors. Dreaming of Great Albania AND still planing to take parts of Macedonia, Serbia (already did), Greece and Montenegro.

   As I can see most of you are Serbians and its no brainer to know that Albania is worst one, but lets be realistic, there are quite a few countries in Europe worst than Albania, yes some Albanians are rude and dirty but I have seen worst, by the way in Albania there is Christians-catholic and orthodox so don't just put them all in same frame. Why don't you all point out that neighbours such as Greece and Serbia have never taken to Albania, never in centuries but always used this land for their own greed, you its very easy just to say all these negative stuff. Now if you dislike Albania and Albanians that much I suggest all of you never go there again so your souls will not be filled with so much hatered.

   I am Italian. Unfortunately I must admit that most of what has been written here is true, at least from my personal experience. I had to literally flee the country and start a new life abroad, and I mean not to succeed in my life, but barely to survive decently. And that's not the worst. What tourists and visitors see from outside, for how nasty, is just a fraction of what you must see from inside, specially if you had the ill fate to be born there. What goes on within families, schools and various institutions is actually much worse. A cage of madmen, really. I know other people of very different ages who experienced exactly the same. Most of them had to leave for good to find a job, and as soon as they settled abroad, they started to recover a sense of dignity, mental balance, and faith in life. Sad story, really...

   I lived in that absolute toilet of a country for roughly 4 years with my Ukrainian wife.

   I regret both marrying her and living there to be sure, even if at that particular point in time it was rather convenient for me to live there.

   Ukraine is a country that seems to have become so Socialized (via Socialism) or so Communized (via Communism) that no one there seems to be willing to accept any sort of responsibility for any of their actions. Therefore Ukrainian standards are indeed very low. Ukrainians tend to have an "I didn't do it," mind set, which can be very aggravating especially when it is obvious, to any honest observer of the situation, (based upon empirical data) that they are lying about whatever. By the bye, Ukrainians are pluperfect liars. No one anywhere else in the world lies as well as do Ukrainians. The people there have had to live, for such a long a period of time, with such low expectations that they seem not to try to do their best at anything. Logic and common sense seem to have also largely escaped the minds of many/most Ukrainians.

   It is indeed a very depressing country.

   Kosovo shouldn't even exist. Albanians invaded the region so they could break it off of Serbia and increase Albanian control. The only reason why they want it to be its own country is because they don't want to start another Balkan war. That's bull. Kosovo is Serbian land, and the Albanians living there should be deported back to Albania. Albania's population is low anyway, so it wouldn't make much of a difference.

   This territory should not be under Albanian/NATO rule. Crime rate is high, the Serbs are being treated terribly, etc.

   This land would be MUCH better off back under full Serb rule.

   At least Kosovo actually means something special to the Serbs.

   Nothing to do. Nothing to see. Food is bad. The country is controlled by a dictator who locks up or kills his opponents. It's a pain just to get in. The Southern part is covered in radiation from Chernobyl. The people can be racist, homophobic, etc. It's just really dull, but I have met many nice people who are welcoming to outsiders, and I have nothing against them.

   The only reason this country is not higher on the list is because no one goes there. The people are truly awful. A small percentage are amazing, but thinking that everyone is like that will get you in big trouble. Safer to trust no one in this country. Safer just to avoid. Go to Scandinavia instead, even if you can't afford it. This country will cost you more in money they steal from you.

   Shallow people that belong to medieval Europe. They hate each other and every other nation in the world. They are polite only when they think that you have money. They believe in superstition and witchcraft. It's a paradise for corrupted politicians because people doesn't have critical thinking and they vote for thieves every election. Their patriotism is fake, if they had a chance they would rob their own national treasure. It's an artificial country that cannot sustain itself. It is more a school project than a real country. People are lazy, they only want to drink coffee all day and they are proud of it.

   This is THE worst country in the world and it should be on number 1. People suck, people are stupid and retarded there, they hate everything in the world and the only people to not be friends with. This country sucks and you need to be a drug adict, killer, to act like tough guy, to do crimes and to bully everyone and to beat up children, kids and other people to have friends and girlfriend. There aren't even medicines to buy here, everything is filthy, everyone is filthy here, rats walk everywhere, full of garbage, public transportation is THE worst here, when you enter in a bus or tram it smells like someone peed on in it, vehicles are full of names written on the walls and on the roof, people spit infront of you when you walk along the street, everyone yells here speeks loudly, bullies everyone, people and parents abuse children a lot. People in this " country " trust bad people and bad children more than the good children. Nobody respects kids and joung people. They are complaining on everything and they complain about how bad their life is and how goverment treated them and they still vote for the same goverment. HOW STUPID. Everyone who thinks and says that this is best country and that " Bosnia rocks " is ether hit in the head pretty hard or it is complete retard.

   Why is this allowed to exist, let alone be recognized by the United Nations. After all, even if you get past this "country's" theocratic nature, undemocratic tendencies, widespread corruption, illegal control over Italian politics, brutal security force, rampant homophobia and complete isolation from reality, it is TINY. It would fit comfortably into central park and still leave plenty of room for the merry go round and the zoo.

    I never had any problems living here. Crime rates are low, and in general if you mind your own business nothing can go wrong. People are sometimes nervous expecially where there are traffic jams. But in general it was a good experience. Most people speak english quite well, and they help in case you get lost. It's a developing country but not like BBC or CNN portrait it. You can find anything here, from a high budget to a low one, the food prices are same as in the West but in general in remains a cheap budget country. It's also a great option if you are not a fan of refugees. No one is here.

    I grew up in Transylvania (which we call Ardeal and no it does not have any connections with Dracula, it's all in a film director's spoiled fantasy) and the older I get the more I miss it. I arrived in uk a long time ago when it was still civilised (the weather was still dreadful) but nowadays it's getting worse every day. Yes I would go back, uk is incredibly ruined by some abusive immigrants (like the ones who have no respect for the culture. ) besides, There is no culture left in many parts of uk, such a shame, I wonder why this nation s government have decided to hand over their country to anyone willing to trample all over it?!

    People are nice, friendly and helpful. Most of them are Slavs and tracian but there are some turks from the Ottoman era. I know Bulgaria suffered and suffering from difficult problems. ( corruption, economy, migrant invasion, the former destructive communism in soviet era)

    I'm a Pole and I must say that this country is full of jerks, tight assed bastards and whining idiots who pretend they know everything about any topic they discuss. There is no happiness here, people are grumpy and hateful towards pretty much anyone, especially other Poles. They may smile occasionally, but deep in their hearts they wish you get cancer or something. Politics are full of jack too, every politician here is an unprofessional thief whose goal is to abuse their laws, exploit the system and rip people off as much as possible.     When I visited Turkey in June/July 2012, I found it to be a decent country. I found Istanbul one of the greatest cities that I've been to, and it is very cultured. I admired the dazzling Muslim architecture, Turkish pop is amazing, with Tarkan's music being a fusion of pop and R&B, and the landscapes were beautiful. The caves of Cappadocia were a good enough tourist trap, but I adored the Mediterranean and Black Sea coasts. However, I had some problems in this country. When I walked the streets of Istanbul, most people gave me dirty looks because I was part American. Most people were nice enough, but those people... God. It's tough to be an American or British tourist in this city! Anyway, alright country, I just wished there could have been more.

    I have to agree with the people who commented about ancient Greece. Ancient Greece was great, democracy civilization, science, philosophy, we owe a lot to Greece. On the other hand though Greece nowadays is going downhill. If you have visited Greece you'll probably disagree and say ; Greece is great, people are really kind, the food awesome, the weather is awesome and the beaches are beautiful. And I'll agree with you, Greece is great but only for holidays. Try actually living there for 6 months and you'll understand. The people are not as kind as you think, in reality they are rude, racist and lazy. Food is great but that is if you have money to eat, as the economy of the country is destroyed. But the main reason I believe Greece is an awful country to live at is that in this country you can't have dreams. Whatever dream you have is going to crumble on the floor as this country can not support it. That's why anyone who has dreams, wants a future, wants to be someone gets out here, out of this hell.     This country is a very horrible country, in certain places.     I've been living in London for about 5.5 years now, which means that I should be used to it, but for whatever reason I can't. I just don't see the point in why people ask me hundreds of times "are you alright" or "smile" when they themselves are pissed off all the time.

    Try to get on the tube between 8 and 10 a.m., and you will see how people are smiling, squashed like sardines in a tin. Of course you're late again, and the boss never understands that. At work you have to smile, because if you're not smiling then it means it's not for you.

    The weather is poor, and people are very, very, very rude and arrogant, and these are the ones who usually point out that it's you who is rude. The food is really poor, and people here have no taste whatsoever. You will bring them crap on a plate and they will say it was delicious but will complain that the waiter was rude because the waiter wasn't smiling.

    People here have a huge ego, and all you can feel while walking on the street is people's judgment on you. There are loads of hipsters and dumb blonds, both poorly educated. Did I mention education? You're not serious, are you? Why are you giving me tests before I can start college at the age of 23, and asking me questions like how much is 2+3?

    There is loads of crime. Right now I'm working on a home insurance because I don't feel secure, and I think there's going to be one day that I'll be facing burglary.

    There are some positive sides though. People are really crazy. If you go to a club in London, you will see loads of drunk folks just having a good time. On the other hand, you're even more annoying while being under the influence of alcohol.

Living abroad made me realize even further what a nasty place Slovakia is and I'm glad that I have the opportunity to live in the country where people from all over the world get along. Majority of people in Slovakia are trailer trash but they still feel superior to black, Asian, mixed people etc.

    There are so many beautiful places in the world, why visit Slovakia? Only decent thing there is nature but you can get that in lots of places. Food is ok as well. Some of it.

    One of the worst ideas in modern human history is undoubtedly the German nation. The German nation has done nothing but plunge Europe into one war after another, each one worse than the previous.     The whole endeavor fails but Germany pays little. Let's be nice to Germany, the other European nations said. Let's give them another chance, surely they will see the fault of their ways?     Dull. Dull, dull and, well, dull. Boring. Nothing going on, nothing to do other than getting drunk. Couple big cities, and tenth rest are either villages with bored people in them drinking themselves to death, or heavy polluted, very polluted industrial s-holes with sick people all over it. Lying and cheating everywhere, with everything. Racism and backwardness, as in general attitude that anyone who's not Czech is not good, is making a mess or stealing their jobs and their women. There's more jobs and money going on than Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine, but still it is a tremendous s-hole.

    Super rude people. Everywhere in prague. Hotel receptionist in prague 1 centre hotel are the worst. The sales ladies in paladium all of theme! I have been there 2015 this year, unfriendly, they hate foreigner. That was my first travel to prague and probly the last. Me and my friends were happy to fly back home to our country.

    Studying abroad here... Worst decision ever made! People here are so rude and DUMB! I swear the university is for retards! Nothing is organized and everyone is lazy as HELL. Dirty disgusting place low sanitation. Nothing here is worth seeing and I am sad I learned this the hard way. Most pointless 5 months of my entire life. I would rather eat 10 plates of dog crap than spend another day on this medieval backwards joke of an island.

    Malta has among the friendliest people I know, Maltese people have always been kind and friendly to me, the free school and health care is very good because image you are 18 and you have a big loan to cover because you need to learn in University. Doesn't happen here. Also, good thing is that nowhere in Malta is very far. Every village has its own feast and the feasts are amazing

    Self-absorbed, toxic, xenophobic, corrupt, evil, these are the words I would describe Lithuania with... This country like probably many other Eastern European countries may appear nicer on the surface, than it actually is... I was born in this country and I deeply regret it, growing up was constant torture of bulling and despair, never had any friends and still don't. People here are absolute drones to the point they could be called hive mind, anything or anyone who dares to stray from convention is mocked and there will be attempts made to put down the unconventional. Politics are the same no matter what political party you will chose. in general most policies focused on bossiness interests and little on people, there are no draconian policies, and non are needed it seems since people are like I said "drones" they will just mindlessly rant about politicians and don't do anything about it... For anyone who wants to see developing anarcho-capitalism dystopia Lithuania is the place to go.
