Nah... Even the band itself tried to kind of bury the song because they realised the sendero luminoso was not an amazing revolutionary force but actually terrorrists that massacred thousands of people.
This song just comes out guns blazing, and with the next track on the cd being Killing in the Name makes it even more awesome
