Even if they can be scary, they can be very lovable. I don't like how this particular photo was chosen. It makes them look scarier than they generally are. Mine is a precious, sweet angel. He often doesn't know how big he is and is still just a puppy on the inside.
They may look like monsters and destroy stuff, but they can be sweet like an angel.

These dogs have the potential to be very good dogs, so don't start accusing me of being a hater. The truth is that people sometimes train these dogs to be vicious, and unfortunately, there are very vicious ones. They scare me. They look like crocodiles to me, and their jaws are so strong.
Pits are scary, man! I mean, sure, you can find some that are sweet and lovable, but there's also the killer machines.

The Doberman, in my opinion, is a good dog. They are what's called Velcro dogs because they tend to choose one person to really take care of and protect. They follow you everywhere, and I can't get mine to stop that habit. However, they can be aggressive toward other dogs, so early training is advised for this breed.
Super energetic, they need daily runs and are not suited for apartment living. Being a very protective breed, they have a sleek and powerful physique, coupled with keen intelligence. A well-conditioned Doberman on patrol will deter all but the most foolish intruder.
They will attack strangers, and yes, they are scary to non-owners of the Doberman. But the owner can train him to be a nice, gentle guy or girl. And they do have a very strong bite!
