So I saw a YouTube video that basically listed 4 rappers who might go places in 2018 and I decided to give my thoughts on itEasily the most underrated rapper out There.
Stokeley Clevon Goulbourne, born April 18, 1996, is an American rapper and songwriter from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is well known for his goofy and sometimes nonsensical lyrics and songs and his fast flows, as well as for collaborating with the late XXXTentacion.
He has gotten pretty close, but he still isn't quite there yet.
The only reason he's so low is because he kinda already has with Look Alive
His last mixtape already entered the top five in Germany. His forthcoming album "808" will top the charts, I am very sure.
Ufo361 has remotely the same style (atmospheric dark trap beats, perfectly used autotune, deep slurry melodious vocals) as Future but raps in German.

The German trap rapper who wants to bring the melodious American style of trap to Germany, recently had his first song with 1 million views ob YouTube. If he decides to release a mixtape or album soon, I bet it could chart.
