This is my third favorite band ever. I'm glad they are having a comeback with one more light because this could bring new bands on set. The reason why this is at number one is because Chester Bennington had such a powerful voice on the mic, hybrid theory will always be their best album. but my favorite song by them is somewhere I belong.

2 Green Day Green Day are an American pop punk/punk rock band formed in East Bay, California in 1987. The members include Billie Joe Armstrong (vocals and guitar), Mike Dirnt (bass), Tré Cool (drums) and Jason White (guitar). Green Day are associated with punk rock, pop punk and alternative rock. Some of their influences include The Ramones, Sex Pistols, NOFX, and Bad Religion. They are best known for their songs like ‘Boulevard of Broken Dreams’, ‘Basket Case’ and their ‘American Idiot’ & ‘Dookie’ albums. American Idiot sold 6 million copies in the U.S. and won a Grammy Award for "Best Rock Album". Green Day have sold over 75 million records worldwide and have won 5 Grammy Awards. They ...read more.

This brought it all, Because of Green Day, there wouldn't be a linkin park, blink 182, My Chemical Romance, Sum 41, or AAR. Especially with their greatest album besides american idiot, Dookie. My favorite song by them is wake me up when September ends.

3 Blink 182 Blink-182 is a pop-punk band formed in 1992. The original lineup consisted of Mark Hoppus on bass guitar and vocals, Tom DeLonge on guitar and vocals, and Scott Raynor on drums. Raynor was fired from the band in 1998 and replaced by drummer Travis Barker. They gained mainstream popularity after the release of the album "Enema of the State." The band has gone on to produce eight studio albums during... read more

In my opinion, Tom De Longe had the best voice out of all these bands, followed by Tyson Ritter, Brandon Flowers, Chester Bennington, and Billy Joe Armstrong. Even though Fred Durst is on the band now, I still enjoy their classics. And you must listen to I miss you. And buy take off your pants, jacket, and shirt (if that is he name of it). Also it's my second favorite band.

4 My Chemical Romance My Chemical Romance is an American rock band from Jersey City, New Jersey, active from 2001 to 2013, and again from 2019 to present day. For much of their career, the band consisted of lead vocalist Gerard Way, guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero, bassist Mikey Way, and drummer Bob Bryar.

This band fought with spirit, that's why it should totally come back. The vocals on their songs and especially their intros have true grit. Listen to the black parade (song), then listen to every track in 3 cheers for sweet revenge.

I was torn between My Chemical Romance and Green Day

5 All American Rejects

This is MY Favorite band EVER. Tyson's voice and their drumming make me smile. This band needs a comeback like Linkin Park's. Start with their album Move Along (it has my favorite song, Dirty Little Secret).

6 Fall Out Boy Fall Out Boy is an American pop punk band formed in Wilmette, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, in 2001. The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley.

I am also glad that this band had a comeback too. With, Centuries, Light 'em up, and alone together. They started off with sugar we're going' down, dance dance. The hits from this band came out quickly time to time. Centuries is my favorite by them.

7 Sum 41 Sum 41 is a Canadian pop-punk band from Ajax, Ontario, Canada. Originally called Kaspir, the band was formed in 1996 and separated in 2023. The band members included lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Deryck Whibley, lead guitarist and backing vocalist Dave Baksh, co-lead guitarist and backing vocalist Tom Thacker, bassist and backing vocalist Jason McCaslin, and drummer Frank Zummo... read more

I won't get In Too Deep with this band. But 2001 was their start point with that song and Fat Lip (my favorite song by them). And 2004's Chuck was the album of the year to me. I'm glad they had a comeback in 2016.

8 Panic! at the Disco Panic! at the Disco was an American pop rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 and featuring the current lineup of vocalist Brendon Urie, accompanied on tour by bassist Dallon Weekes, guitarist Kenneth Harris, and drummer Dan Pawlovich.

This is the rise of Uri, his voice is very talented (its mostly talented in this is gospel), sure they might have bigger hits in the 2010's so far, but I write sins is a total classic from Panic. Now as they are having a death of a bachelor tour, they will be my top 5 of the 2010's. MY favorite from them was Hallelujah.

9 Coldplay Coldplay are a British pop rock band formed in 1996. The band consists of Chris Martin (lead vocalist and pianist), Jonny Buckland (lead guitarist), Guy Berryman (bassist) and Will Champion (drummer and backing vocalist). Manager Phil Harvey is often considered an unofficial fifth member. The band renamed themselves "Coldplay" in 1998. Before making their debut album, they recorded and released three EPs: Safety in 1998, Brothers & Sisters as a single in 1999, and The Blue Room in the same year. The Blue Room was their first release on a major label, after signing to Parlophone. ...read more.

This band was obsessed with the stars. Chris Martin's voice had gave them record of the year in 2002 for clocks. But my favorite from them was yellow. And Viva la Vida was a nice song about a fallen empire. Now their most successful song now is Hymn for the weekend. Hope they live in paradise.

10 Gorillaz Gorillaz are an English virtual band created in 1998 by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. The band consists of four animated members: 2D, Murdoc Niccals, Noodle and Russel Hobbs.

This band has great rapping skills, similar to Mike Shinodas. Clint Eastwood was their best and my favorite of them. But feel Good Inc. had better rapping than one of linkin park's songs to me. This would be higher if they showed their faces instead of animating themselves. But the animation is nice though.
