64 Billie Joe Armstrong
Billie Joe Armstrong is an American musician, singer, songwriter and actor who is best known as the lead vocalist, primary songwriter, and guitarist of the punk rock band Green Day, which he co-founded with Mike Dirnt.
Billie has one of the most unique voices I have ever heard. Before I even knew who Green Day were, I heard their song 'American Idiot' - I only heard it like twice or something - and I didn't hear anything from or about them for just over a year. After a year, I heard the song 'Minority' in the background of a Youtube video and I instantly knew it was Green Day, just because I'd recognised Billie's voice, even though I'd only heard it twice before. That just proves that he has one of the most unique voices ever.
The man who has saved my life over and over

How can he not be on this list? The singer of Bad Religion has a fantastic voice for, in my opinion, most genres. It might not sound great at all times (it does most of the time, however), but the most important part of punk is the lyrics!
