Knoplfer said that he created the sound through holding the wah-wah pedal. Some say that he played the song with his tone knobs. However its very hard to play the opening riff. Only few of them were successful to make a similar tone with telecaster/stratocaster with wah-wah pedal.

However I strongly advice people to NOT vote on this item. Cause it's a very confusing tone. And shouldn't be in top 10. I just added it based on the creation. - zxm
