Top Ten Worst Moments In Gaming History

Video games are growing into something good. From platformers to RPGs, games are always doing fun...but there are moments that was dark in gaming days.
The Top Ten
1 Atari almost killed gaming

Atari's awful video game, E.T almost killed gaming forever. It was the worst and I mean THE WORST game in all of history. Luckily, 4 gaming legends saved the day. And they were Pac-Man, Mario, Sonic, and Mega Man. You gaming icons are our heroes.

The day when video games industry almost got destroyed.

2 PlayStation Network's shutdown in early 2011
3 Sony's 2006 E3 Conference

You know 2006 was not a good year for gaming. No not even Sony. You should feel ashamed for yourself Sony.

4 Nintendo's Super Mario Bros. movie

This is what I call the dark age of Mario. From terrible education games to the awful Hotel Mario, this were kinda not good for Nintendo ever since Sonic came and stole the spotlight. So Nintendo thought it was a perfect idea to make a Mario movie. Which doesn't sound like a bad idea except... It was in live action. And it sucked bad.

I actually enjoye dthe movie but it just wasn't Mario in my opinion!

5 Capcom cancellation of Mega Man Legends 3

I speak as a fan of the Legends series in the Mega Man franchise. This was not only a dick move on Capcom's end, but it was almost heartless. First they cancelled a game that was highly, and I mean highly anticipated. After all (and... sorry to any potential players of the series) Legends 2 ended on a cliffhanger. To ad to that, Legends 3 was not only a long awaited sequel, but it was also halfway done. The devs working on Legends 3 were very, very close to releasing a prototype of the game. Had Capcom not have cancelled the project, and thus pulled the funding, Legends 3 would've had a finished prototype and the devs could've went into the final stages of its development. Finally we have the rotten cherry on the crap sundae, Capcom's reasoning for cancelling Legends 3. According to the suits at Capcom, there just wasn't enough support from the fans to warrant further production of the game. This was of course a lie seeing as (and I can personally assure you) that the support had been ...more

I may not be the biggest fan but I love Mega Man however, I hate Capcom. And this just made me so angry. Mega Man Legends 3 was gonna be a thing until Capcom cancelled it and blame the fans for it. Screw you Capcom that is your fault.

I like Capcom, but I do have to agree that this is a stupid move. Nintendo should have Mega Man, not Capcom.

Blaming the fans for the game scancellation I jsut nto all of that so cool in my opinion!

6 The crash of '83
7 World of Warcraft guild starts massacre at in game funeral
8 Microsoft's 2013 E3 Conference
9 Shooting during a Madden NFL E-Sports Tournament (2018)
10 Konami treating employees like prisoners
The Contenders
11 Dancing Mad
12 Metroid Prime 4 delay

This was sadness for all nintendo fans

13 2002 Lawsuit Against Sony for Faulty Memory Card Issues on Ps2

This issue caused you to lose all game data at a time where the PlayStation 2 was at its biggest success. This lawsuit went on for 4 years before everyone forgot and moved on, but back then, this was a HUGE problem.
