Principal Wilbur Huggins

Principal Huggins made his official on-screen debut in "Frog Wild," as he was called in when Mrs. Johnson's frogs, which were going to be dissected by the class, were liberated by Lincoln and Lana. He was determined to find out the culprit as he searched the houses of everyone in Mrs. Johnson's class.
It's later revealed that he's a huge Ace Savvy fan, and in the episode "Pulp Friction," he was entering the same comic-creating contest that Lincoln and Clyde were entering and tried to get them out of the way because their comic was better.
Maria Santiago

Ronnie Anne and Bobby's mother made her first appearance in the episode "Shell Shocked," and in the special "The Loudest Mission: Relative Chaos," she made the decision to move with her children to the city to live with their extended family, which didn't sit well with Ronnie Anne. Upon seeing how unhappy she was, Maria decided not to move them. However, Ronnie Anne ultimately decided to stay in Great Lakes City.
Benny Stein

Luan's crush in Season 2 in "L is for Love," and like Sam, would get a major role in Season 3 in the episode "Stage Plight."
Miss. Shrinivas

Lisa's teacher first appeared in "Making the Grade" and wasn't really shown in a positive light, as she was seen getting upset at Lincoln when Lisa decided to give up being smart and not finish making her cure for Ms. Shrinivas's class, who all had strep throat, and blamed Lincoln for her change. Though she was much better in "Friend or Faux."

One of the members of the Yates family, who are a perfect family with a lot of achievements, she made her debut in "Future Tense." Since then, she's only made a cameo appearance in "Coupe Dreams," where she is seen driving a car that Lori also wants.
Bobbie Fletcher

Lana's favorite race car driver first appeared in "Snow Way Out" and was shown promoting a contest at Burpin' Burger where the winner who found the golden wrapper would get to be on her pit crew. She would later reappear in Season 4 in the episode "Wheel and Deal."
Persephone

One of the other members of the Young Morticians Club along with Lucy and Haiku, she appeared in "Out of the Picture" along with Bertrand, Boris, Morpheus, and Dante, who also debuted in this episode.
