Top 10 Female Anime Characters with Breasts So Big They Practically Have Macromastia
Macromastia, or breast hypertrophy, is a condition where a women's breasts grow to massive size. It was first described in 1648 and some doctors believe it occurs when a woman's breasts become big enough to account for 3% of their body weight. One of the most famous incidents of macromastia is that of Punky Brewster actress Soleil Moon Frye where her breasts grew like crazy in her mid-teens. Many women and girls who develop macromastia aren't exactly happy with what mother nature gave them. But in the world of anime, it's a very different story.While drawing anime characters can be difficult and take time to practice, breasts are one of the easiest parts to draw. In fact, probably the hardest part of drawing breasts is practicing self-control. And because anime isn't just for children, it's surprisingly easy to go overboard when drawing these parts. What makes her noteworthy is that she not only has the largest breasts in the anime and the second largest in the manga, but she's also the youngest member of the Eiken club. It's amazing how she's able to do anything when her breasts are practically as big as her whole body.
Also known as Qwaser of Stigmata, this show has a pretty bonkers premise that I'd rather not discuss. What blows my mind about this series is that it has a Canadian Home Video Rating of only 14+, meaning minors as young as 14 years old in Canada can either buy or rent it. This is definitely one anime you shouldn't let your parents catch you watching, regardless of the age rating.
While Tomo might not have the largest breasts in the series, her role as a main character definitely sets the tone for the anime.

Highschool of the Dead is what some people call "The Walking Dead" if it were an anime. A group of Japanese high school students and the school's nurse experience a zombie outbreak and must band together in order to survive. You can probably tell that Shizuka is the school's nurse. Even though it's part horror, there's usually a heavy dose of sexual innuendo. For example, in one chapter of the manga where the group takes shelter in a mall, they hide their weapons in a bra bin - classic.
Despite the premise, this was actually pretty solid. It was a real shame when one of the creators, Daisuke Sato, passed away on March 22, 2017, from heart disease. While it can still technically continue, it probably won't follow what Daisuke had in mind.
As the second in command of the Underground Student Council at Hachimitsu Academy, Meiko is also the strongest student and proficient in martial arts. Unlike most anime girls who have macromastia purely for eye candy, Meiko's large breasts are probably what drove her to become who she is today because of how she was bullied over them.
