He is unarguably the greatest Bangladeshi president of all time, but enemies of Bangladesh and conspirators assassinated him and stopped the growth engine of Bangladesh and it is still not back on.

7 M. A. G. Osmani

He was the head of the most deadly and ruthless force in the world, "The 1st East Bengal Regiment". He contributed to World War II, the Pak-India war of 1947, 1965, and the Bangladesh Pakistan war of 1971. His army was the most deadly and feared battalion around the world.

In the Indo-Pak War of 1965, when Pakistan almost lost the war, the 1st Bengal Regiment led by him, sacrificed their lives intentionally by attaching bombs to their bodies and getting into Indian tanks. In one night, the East Bengal Regiment single-handedly destroyed 3,000 Indian army tanks, although their sacrifice was not recognized by the Pakistani government after 1971. Their greatness has been written with golden letters in history.

He was the Premier of Bengal and Prime Minister of Pakistan (East and West Pakistan) before the Partition in 1971. He is widely regarded as one of the most powerful people from the Bengal (now Bangladesh) region.
