River does an outstanding job performing in this film. Did you know that he auditioned to play Gordon's part? The directer thought it was a better idea to have him play Chris though. And during the lunch money scene River was having trouble crying, so Rob Reiner told him to think of a time when an adult let him down... And he cried. I wonder what he thought of. He was very talented.R.I.P.
