I want to act like his friend and act all romance around him, (not like that, I'm no perve) and then when he trusts me, I push him in a boiling pot, along with the fanny pack or whatever, slap and punch him, trap him in there after glueing fanny pack's mouth shut, do the same with all the other people except Pizza Steve, the put the big pot of boiling water into a rocket ship and send it to the sun. Then I give Pizza Steve to Amythyst of Steven Universe and she eats it. The end!
I could care less for Margaret, because Uncle Grandpa is the definition of RETARD! Margaret may be annoying, but Uncle Grandpa is WAY MORE STUPID THAN HER.
-
Johnny Test (Johnny Test)
Johnny Test is the 11-year-old protagonist of the animated series Johnny Test, which aired from 2005 to 2014. He lives in the fictional town of Porkbelly with his talking dog Dukey and his genius twin sisters, Susan and Mary. The show follows his adventures, often caused by his sisters' scientific experiments... read more
I think I see why Bumper is always trying to beat him up. Johnny Test is nothing but a dumb blonde brat who always blames others for the problem he causes and isn't a very likeable character when you look back on the series.
Most of the characters are just stereotypes and none of the characters were unique at ALL which is one of the 100,0000 reasons why I hate this show. But my least favourite character has to be the main character.. He has this annoying voice and is always breaking the rules which teaches bad lessons to kids
-
Clarence (Clarence)
Clarence is the main character of the Cartoon Network animated television series titled Clarence. The show originally aired from 2014 to 2018 and was created by Skyler Page. It follows Clarence's everyday adventures with his friends and family in the fictional town of Aberdale.
I guess this show is okay. But basically Clarence just ruins a perfect nostalgic concept. Sure, I did laugh a few times. But seriously this guy being the main protagonist is messed up. A walrus person who tries to have fun whilst disobeying the rules. He eats too much chocolate. In patents he wanted candy and did he realise he was fat already?
Anyway, Jeff and sumo is what makes this show come to life
Jeff is the person with knowledge and sometimes lighthearted, but nevertheless this guy has a complicated plot, and his favourite television programme is the university challenge. Just watch pilot expansion and you'll see what I mean
Sumo is the kid who is friends with Clarence. I wouldn't want to punch HIM in the face though! He looks really awesome and is funny and what really brings the show to life. He doesn't sound like he's 90, he is the person who actually WANTS to have fun and obey the rules
But Clarence isn't that type of guy that I like. I really want to punch him in the face and call the police on him. This show shouldn't be cancelled, I kinda like it at some turns.
-
Margaret (Regular Show)
Margaret is one of those characters that look like they'd belong on a teen drama show. She's pretty much annoying and is just the female subcorner of Mordecai, I would really prefer it if they would just be friends, because I hate it how every show, boys and girls can't be just friends, they have to be in a relationship. Which I find to be stereotypical. I'm glad they didn't end up together.
She ruins mordecai's love life and he lived her but she left for college and then when she comes back she ruins his perfectly good relationship with CJ I just really want to punch her of the show
-
The Annoying Orange ( the Annoying Orange)
His point is to be annoying when this list is counting down annoying characters from Cartoon Network we wanna punch in the face its even in his name
When I saw this I though it was funny. Then I started to hate it. I can't believe Cartoon Network gave
The annoying orange a show that got canceled within a year.
Annoying Orange: Hey stupid! Me: Uh... Hi? Annoying Orange: I got a joke for ya! Me: Okay? Annoying Orange: Why did the chicken cross the road? Me:I dunno! Annoying Orange: Because Meh meh meh meh meh! Me: That... Sucked. Annoying Orange: Meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh... Me: Dude, stop it. Annoying Orange: Meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh meh... Me: Seriously! Stop. Annoying Orange: Mehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmehmeh... Me: You're gonna hurt yourself. Meh... Meh... Mehh... Meh? Me: Right... I'm just gonna go... (Walks away) Annoying Orange: Meh... Meh meh meh... (Falls on face)

Went from a badass, smart, and kind leader in the original, to an annoying, obsessive, paranoid, perfectionistic, control freak in the reboot!
#cancelteentitansgo
I want to kick his balls punch his face strangle him and then throw him out the window then I could be the new leader of the Teen Titans to teach them how to do good things and then Robin is in an alley with rats as his team and then the cops arrest him for assault and battereng and then he's punched up by a ton of inmates in his cell then one of them draws a knife and then kills him meanwhile the Titans are fighting crime while I'm in love with Jinx (My fictional girlfriend.)
-
DiDi (Dexters Labratory)
I do find her annoying but here's a theory, Dee Dee is concerned that Dexter will one day create a dangerous invention that will one day kill him or be used for evil so she tries to destroy every invention so that doesn't happen.
No offense to Dee Dee's voice actress, but Dee Dee's voice was so damn annoying in my childhood. Even to this day, I still view it as annoying. And Mandark has a crush on her? Mandark might be dumber than Dexter for thinking a dumb blonde like her is attractive.
DiDi was a character made to annoy people, the creators really did a good job.. She's always messing up Dexter's inventions and ruining them
-
Jerry (Tom and Jerry)
Gerald "Jerry" Mouse is a fictional character and one of the title characters in Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's Tom and Jerry series of theatrical cartoon short films. Childhood is time when you like Jerry, and admire his smartness. Maturity is when
You understand That Jerry is a complete Jerk and you feel sorry for Tom. SO TRUE
Childhood: When you admire Jerry for his smartness.
Maturity: When you realise that Jerry is just an a-hole and you feel bad for Tom.
THIS HAPPENED TO ME!
This guy is a Cartoon god he's one of the best Characters on one of the best show in Television history
-
Alfre (The Problem Solverz)
Alfre is such a stupid character. I would tie him to an atomic bomb and nuke him.
He's not made of poop, he's a hybrid betwixt a dog, anteater or aardvark, and a person.
I don't know what the hell its supposed to be but I just see it as a poop monster
-
Mary (Clarence)
There's nothing likable about her
-

Scrappy Doo (Scooby Doo Series)
Scrappy Doo is the nephew of Scooby-Doo. He is known for his fearless attitude and often volunteers to take on villains directly. Scrappy was introduced to the Scooby-Doo franchise in 1979 and became a recurring character known for his catchphrase, Puppy Power!
He's just a piece of crap that no one cares about because Scrappy Doo is just the stupidest most idiotic most dumbest most overrated cartoon character to date.
He's gets so annoying at times. Plus he even tried to kill his
Own Uncle in the live action movie. Then he went to jail.
He thinks he's as adorable as a Powerpuff Girl. Now if only he can accept he is so annoying.
-
Staci (Total Drama)
My grandpa this, and my mom that.
-
Twilight Sparkle (My Little Pony)
Twilight Sparkle is the primary main character of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She is a female unicorn pony who transforms into an Alicorn and becomes a princess in the episode Magical Mystery Cure. Her character is known for her intelligence, love of books, and leadership qualities.
In my honest, she is pretty annoying on some level. For starters, why didn't she help Trixie find her a place to live after that giant bear crush her portable stage/house?
She is rude to animals I am so annoyed by her and want to punch her.
I would actually hug her, she is my favorite character.
-
Ash Ketchum (Pokemon)
Ash Ketchum, known as Satoshi in Japan, is the main character in the Pokémon franchise. He is training to become a Pokémon Master and travels across regions to compete in Pokémon battles. Ash frequently thwarts Team Rocket's attempts to steal his partner Pikachu.
I just voted to say this little thing:
1. Ash isn't the worst Pokemon character, he is very friendly and kind, and he really cares for his friends and Pokemon.
2. He's always being beaten, insulted, and teased to death by some his so-called friends, and he still likes them.
3. He wears nice clothes (I'm a girl so yeah, I can say this)
4. And lastly, I want to say that he has an awesome battling style and is far to underrated compared to rude Misty, and know-it-all Clemont.
Some of the characters on this list aren't even that annoying and others aren't even from Cartoon Network. And if you want to put characters that don't belong on the list, at least give a good reason or rename the title cause these aren't all Cartoon Network show characters.

Courtlin (Clarence)

Though she was supposed to be a non-likable character (She does it really well) and manipulative she still deserves that punch in the face.
She may have the looks, but not the personality to not punch her in the face..
To be fair she was designed to make you feel that way.
-
Courtney (Total Drama Island)
She is so annoying and if you ever seen Total Drama Action (you probably have) than you know how annoying she is.
Courtney is the best. I would rather have Ezekiel punched then Courthey
Too snarky to be a real friend. Sorry, Gwen!
-

Narcissistic and cocky. I want to beat him with a hammer, throw him in a pool of lava then put him in a paper shredder then cut his remains into chunks then blow them up and put them in radioactive waste then flush him down the toilet to hell.
We can just trick him into thinking an oven was a sauna and then burn him with a cooking temperature over 9000 degrees.
If this slice of pizza ever comes to life, then he should expect me to eat him MERCILESSLY.
-

I agree with TeenTitansGoSuck (awesome username by the way). She acts more mean and sarcastic showing little regard for anyone else. She's meant to be a hero.
I oughta play Johnny Cash songs on really loud on the stereo sand then her ears bleed and then she dies.
She's just like the original Raven, except without a personality.
-
Nya (Lego Ninjago)
Kinda deserves it for cheating Jay
-
Sarah (Ed Edd, N Eddy)
Back when I was little I wanted to rip her face off and flush it down a toilet.
All she ever does is be mean to The Eds. And hangs out with Jimmy.
How is she at 26?! Sarah should be on the first page?! And why is SpongeBob 11th?! He's from Nickelodeon, not Cartoon Network!
Her parents should make her pick some sturdy branches
-

Her anime appearance is more beautiful than that of her toon appearance, I'd like to see her anime appearance wearing a sheet, nobody could pull the white sheet ghost look and still look good like she can, please make it happen.
I oughta take an oar and whack her on the head until she gets something right for once
I used to love her beautiful anime style and golden personality. She sucks in TTG by the way
-
Eddy's Brother (Ed, Edd n Eddy)
He's the only one I would actually punch...best title for a poll by the way.
-
Mordecai (Regular Show)
Mordecai is one of the two main protagonists of Regular Show, along with his best friend Rigby. He made his debut in the non-canon short "2 in the AM PM" as a human cashier who then morphs into a prototype Mordecai-like character with a fanny pack. He represents everything that wrong with society.
Punch him in the face and you will end up like Rigby.
If I were you, I wouldn't punch Mordecai in the face.
-
Kevin (Ed, Edd n Eddy)
I hate Kevin I just want to beat him up and then lock him in a closet and then take him to meet Eddy's Brother and then we both beat him up and then we take him to the whole kids of the cup de sac including the Eds and then we all beat him up.
I wish ed grab eddy turn him into a bat and hit Kevin in little Ed Blue
Ever since Sorry Wrong Ed I always wanted to beat him up
