Wiggum is really quite funny. His best scene is when he tells Ralph that getting a girl is like cracking nuts. He explains to Ralph to be patient in winning Lisa's heart, just like cracking a nut. Then, when he can't crack a nut, he starts shooting it with his gun. It's one of his best moments.
