Top 10 Good Characters in Bad Movies and Shows
A bunch of these characters are ones who appear in otherwise completely bad shows. Are there any good characters you think are great despite being in bad shows, in your opinion? Here's a list for that.
Helluva Boss is such a terrible show, due to not only the main characters (especially Blitzo) enjoying harming innocent or seemingly innocent people, but also due to the terrible writing and bad/gross jokes throughout (I can't forget Blitzo's nasty jokes toward Stolas).
However, there is one demon character that I actually liked, and that is Moxxie. Yes, I know I placed him on my Worst Cartoon Characters list, but I didn't know at the time.
Anyway, Moxxie stands out for being classy and seemingly having morals despite being a demon, not to mention that many of his jokes are good, despite being overshadowed by terrible characters like Blitzo.
Although Hazbin Hotel is not my personal favorite, Lucifer Morningstar is perhaps the best character in the show. He is not only cool-looking, but he also has great writing, and his design is the most interesting and original among any king of the underworld. Even Hercules's Hades doesn't have as original a design as Lucifer's. He looks nothing like a stereotypical demon king. Instead, he resembles a circus ringmaster with unique design features (such as the lack of nostrils, etc.). Despite being the king of H-E-Double-Hockey-Sticks, he seems like an enjoyable character.
Yeah, the whole show is garbage, but Raven stands out as an amazing character despite being in a bad cartoon. It's a shame that she is overshadowed by the trashy characters in that series.
This is a bit of a cheat since I actually like Shark Tale, but I understand why many people disliked this movie. However, there is one character who is genuinely great: Sykes, the porcupine pufferfish. Sykes tries his best to be a good person, despite having worked with Don Lino, the film's main antagonist, at the beginning of the movie before getting fired. He has suffered quite a bit, which makes him more sympathetic to the audience, unlike Oscar, the so-called "main protagonist."
Although Cars 2 is not salvageable due to its many problems, Holley Shiftwell is the only character in the movie who is actually well-written. She is not only cool but also has much better writing than most of the other characters.
The film isn't great due to its mean-spirited nature and corny jokes, but Kirby and the other aliens in the movie have interesting designs and much better character traits than many of the other characters.
This bird has the best design of any depiction of the Roc (a mythical giant bird of prey), due to its white and light blue colors and its ability to freeze water into ice - an ability not found in other Roc depictions. Not only that, but its behavior is both scary and awesome at the same time.
Donald Duck is a cartoon character created in 1934 at Walt Disney Productions. Donald is an anthropomorphic white duck with a yellow-orange bill, legs, and feet. He typically wears a sailor shirt and cap with a bow tie. Okay, just like with Shark Tale, I actually like the show he appears in despite its campiness (though I still understand why people don't like it). Regardless, I still like Donald Duck, even in this show.
This character is quite adorable and cute, and seems to have good morals, despite being in a bad movie.
Again, like Shark Tale and Quack Pack, I actually liked The Wild, but I understand why people would dislike it. However, the Hyrax character, despite being a minor role, is actually funny.
