"Pretty boy" Floyd or "Money" Mayweather is widely considered to be one of the greatest if not the greatest boxer in boxing history. Floyd Mayweather has had success not only inside the ring, but outside as a worthy businessman. Mayweather has had some of the largest if not the largest box office ratings in HBO history and has rightfully owned the sport of boxing for more than a decade. Great skill, that's about it. He is not a true champion. A true champion doesn't just care about the money, or about the win; a true champion cares about how it is obtained. Mayweather will accept a win that he did not earn with pride, such as the Ortiz fight. Yes its was a win, and a legal one, but shouldn't he had waited and proved that he was actually better than Ortiz? No, he took advantage of the situation to insure himself a win regardless of how it was accomplished. Mayweather is arrogant, extremely cocky, offensive, and lacks moral value. The guy is going to jail for domestic abuse for heaven's sake! He has proved many times that he is a coward. He has no purpose in winning, he has no great story, he is not humble or honorable, he is the hero of no one but himself, and that in any sport is pretty selfish. To me he represents a great evil, ignorance and arrogance, corruption and wickedness, and like any evil it is powerful and awesome, it however, is not invulnerable.
My father loves boxing. I watch fights with him and stuff and He likes that Oscar Del a Hoya. But whenever Floyd comes on, its money, money, money. I decided to look up Mayweather on instagram to see if I could find out what he's like before concluding my decision on him. Downright conceited, cocky, not at all humble and is obsessed with money. If you ask me, he does not truly enjoy the sport of boxing. He just enjoys getting paid. He ducks fights and only accepts ones he knows that he will win, so he is also a coward. I can't wait for the day that he loses big time. I believe all athletes need to learn what it feels like to lose. He has great skill, but come on, you have to have passion as well. Terrible sportsmanship. Acts like he is better than everyone. His instagram pics are constantly just flaunting how rich he is. Fraud Money IVayweather will do anything to win doesn't matter if he cheats his way to win. He doesn't want to fight anywhere but in Vegas. He only fights if it's on HIS TERMS. He's a self proclaimed TBE. Has no respect for the boxing fans nor the sport. He's just in it for the MONEY. He runs, hugs, clinches, sucker punch inside the ring to win. His fights will bore you to sleep. He's arrogant and doesn't care if you hate him as long as he's earning his $$$. He's a disgrace in the sport of boxing and I am glad he's retired, hoping he'll never come back.
I believe that Mayweather has technique no doubt about it. Only problem is that he likes to talk about oponents that are hi in there game as if he already knows he can knock them out or win the fight. I only have one thing to say and that is no one can ever know the answer until you have faced them in the ring. If it hasnt occured then there is no telling what the results maybe cause in boxing no matter the record or statistics or your guess. The result of a fight that has not happened can never be determined the outcome because it has never happened.

Dude is a draft dodger who should be in prison. He fought a bunch of low level fighters. He was the best of his time, but whenever fought a talented fighter he lost. He shouldn't have even been aloud to fight after dodging he draft.
I don't hate Ali but I hate his fans saying that he is the greatest. Many other fighters have done more in the sport like Julio Cesar Chavez, Duran, Sugar Ray Robinson, Archie Moore and Hector Camacho

I hope that one boxer emerges and just smashes him, and hope Mike wants a rematch and then smashes him again laugh out loud! Send him into retirement.
He is a piece of trash and a sorry boxer. He can punch like crazy but he would get outboxed by any reasonable talented boxer. The only reason he used to win is cause he was to stupid to be fearful he just ran out there and hit people as hard as he could till he got tired.
