Jaerim is trying to get into the Student Council but is ultimately rejected because of his ugly looks. Fueled by the rejection and Yuri's (the Student Council President) odd words of "...keep trying, Ugly Duckling," Jaerim starts working as hard as possible. Due to his dedication, he is able to join the Student Council. Jaerim and Yuri keep bumping heads as they work together on the Council, but their bickering leads to a blossoming friendship, and ultimately something more.
For me, the main charm of this manhwa is its unique storyline, at least for a shounen ai. The characters have more depth, personality, and background than other stories I have read. The story is also a lot deeper than what I had initially expected. It's the best one so far!
I really love this. It still gives me butterflies in my stomach. Very good story and the best drama! I'm in love with this.
Vampires are the supreme and dominant race on the planet. Humans are basically cattle - their only purpose is to give their blood to Blood Banks where vampires can purchase it. Shell is the son of a Blood Bank Lord and takes an interest in one of the human bankers named One. A story that initially starts off as a forbidden attraction between the two soon leads to one of infighting among the vampires, and of loss and adulterated love.
Blood Bank is a must-read manhwa of all times. This is really an amazing manhwa with the most handsome boys and a lot of hot love scenes. If you love adult scenes, you might consider this one of your top reads.
It was such a good storyline, but I didn't like the ending one bit. It made me cry and had me very angry.
After a car accident, Taemin wakes up in the body of a bullied boy named Siwon. As he continues his life, now living as Siwon, Taemin encounters Woojin, an old friend from the past who discovers his true identity. Taemin resents Woojin for abandoning him during their childhood and wants nothing to do with him. But as his life starts to complicate itself with the problems that the bullied boy Siwon faced, he reluctantly accepts Woojin's help and brings him back into his life.
It was different, and it made everything fall into place. The story was really well-plotted, and there was much drama. This story was mysterious and fulfilling.
My first Manhwa and I LOVE IT. Read it. It is a must-read. If you are also new to this, I would recommend you read "Here You Are," then "Out of Control," and then "Sign." The rest, I think you can figure out. It's a good starter read for those who are new to this genre, want some action, and still desire a very good storyline (like, really good).
Kyon becomes a servant to Royal Blood Lucaon. His master's dislike for servants is off-putting, but it doesn't dishearten Kyon from continuing to serve and work for him. As time continues, Kyon starts to unknowingly make his way into Lucaon's personal life.
Intriguing plot. The story is set in a totally imaginative world but can catch your attention nicely. Hot plus sweet scenes. A must-read.
This was a really good story. I love this author, and his other work is "Angel Buddy." Check it out.
This story was like a rollercoaster - like a really messy rollercoaster. It was practically a real-life example of what can happen to people when they are afraid to come out or have already come out. This story had tons of drama, and it was mesmerizing and captivating. It was sweet and cute too.
Go Siwon's dreams have recently been invaded by none other than the clever Kang Jinha. In these dreams, Jinha keeps mentioning an incident that happened between the two, but Siwon doesn't recall what happened. As hints keep popping up, Siwon slowly starts regaining memory of the event but refuses to acknowledge what happened between him and Jinha.
Emotionally, it's a nice story. It goes on my recommendation list. No hot bed scenes, but boy, this manhwa kept me so engaged just with the plot twists.
I'm pretty sure that this isn't a boys' love story. Not only because Sangwoo says he is straight, which is straight-up bullcrap, but also because the creators say it was originally unintended to be boys' love. I'm sure I heard somewhere that Yoonbum was meant to be a girl and not a boy, but the creators thought of the storyline and decided to make Bum a boy. Not sure if it's true or not, but I can definitely confirm that this was fan-made boys' love.
This is not a love story. This is a story between an abuser and a victim who developed Stockholm syndrome. This manhwa is unpredictable, full of tension, and will definitely leave a hole in your heart. It's the best I've read so far.
I cried so much. It's such a good story. I go through anxiety, so I couldn't finish it right away and had to wait until I felt better. But it's such a good read. The anime is coming out, and I am ready to cry. Can't wait.
Jesse wakes up in the hospital with most of his memories wiped away. In front of him stands a man named Law Chester who claims he is his lover. However, the only broken memory Jesse has of the man is of Law trying to kill him. He is suspicious of Law and his motives but later comes to know that he himself, not Law, was the one to request his memories to be wiped away.
Confusing at first, but worth reading as all the truth comes out at the end and leaves everyone shocked.
I cried so many times. So worth it.
This is one of my favorites. The main characters go through good character development, and the story is very sweet. I'm still hoping for more!
This is the best of the best. This is one true story that could happen in anyone's life. It's hot, sweet, emotional, beautiful, and intriguing. This manhwa includes everything you need in any story. Oh boy, the main character is so hot. I could just look at him forever and never get tired of his looks.
The character development and the ending were amazing! I was so sad it ended, but I couldn't have asked for it to end any other way.
This is a very wholesome BL to read. If you're looking for something cute with not too much violence, then this is for you. I found the plot great because I've read a lot of gore and violence in BLs and other stories. So, when I found this, I thought it would be a nice change of course for my book reading. And I loved it! It has a good ending, and while miscommunication was regularly a big problem in love stories, that was only in the first season. In the rest of the seasons, they try to be better and listen to each other, and it's not that big of a deal.
Overall, I really enjoyed this BL and most of the characters. There were no non-consensual or uncomfortable situations. They have a healthy dynamic, and I've definitely added this to my favorites.
This is really good, especially if you're looking for something light, innocent, and adorable with really cute characters. This is definitely the right read. It has the perfect balance of drama, comedy, romance, slice of life, and sweetness. The characters are surprisingly realistically deep but fairly easy to understand. The whole plot doesn't require much thinking as a reader but is well-written nonetheless. This will definitely be worth the read, but if you're looking for a lot of action and whatnot, it's probably not for you. Give it a try!
Sun Hwa is a BL comic artist who works from his apartment. One day, he gets caught working on his comic by a handsome blond man just as he was about to step out of his home. Later, he finds out that this man is the new baker who lives below his own apartment. The two soon start a relationship, but there's more to the baker than his gorgeous looks.
It looks like a sweet story, but that's just what is visible to your eyes. Worth reading, as it has so much to offer that was totally unexpected.
This was really good, but it didn't have a lot of chapters.
Overall, this is a really good manhwa. I love the art style. It's probably the best part of the manhwa.
The sex scenes are really well-done, and the story is interesting. The second season is coming up, and I'm hyped to read the next chapters! I would definitely recommend it to both girls and boys who appreciate good art, an interesting storyline with not-so-unrealistic sex scenes, and a fresh atmosphere. This is not your typical BL manga/manhwa set in a work or school environment.
I honestly didn't like the vibe at first, but after a friend of mine told me, "I know you get weird vibes, but trust me, after you touch some grass, you will likely be obsessed," I did get obsessed. My friend knows me too well. I don't regret it, though. I totally recommend touching some grass first, then reading this.
I really love it. It's intense and violent, but in my opinion, both of them have yet to learn what it's like to have an actual lover that they care about and cherish.
It is very good. It shows us what true love is. It also shows that if one has fallen in love, he no longer has pride.
I love this. For some reason, it's addictive, and I've read it multiple times. Beautiful drawings and plot. It's an Omega verse.
That was an amazing Yaoi. It's most definitely my favorite. I love how their relationship started, and how it ended. I wish I knew what happens next. Too bad it ended, though.
Sungjoon is barely managing to get by with his job at a convenience store. However, when the apartment complex he lives in catches fire, he has nowhere to go. That is, until he finds out that Lee Hyoin, a rich guy from his university, is looking for a roommate. The thing is, it comes with a condition...
The characters are adorable. I just love it!
I love it! It was one of the first Yaoi I read, and it did not disappoint me. Actually, it made me want to keep reading more. I would recommend it.
A beautiful story! The art is incredible! The main character is absolutely amazing in his self-confidence! I love how feisty he is. The main love story is so satisfying, and you find yourself deeply drawn into the side characters' stories by the end. I loved every moment and can confidently predict that I will re-read this one many times over in the future.
Beautiful story, really soft, and watching the characters grow with each other and learn from each other is so heartwarming. The author is very funny as well.
I'm still reading it, and I love that all the couples are showcased. They are all written greatly, covering all sexualities.
Okay, honestly speaking, this wasn't the best for me. I don't understand the hype about it. The art is very beautiful, indeed. But what I was looking for was the plot. The plot of this story is very, very confusing. Additionally, after the second season, the main couple isn't the main focus anymore, which disappointed a couple of readers. It's very light and comedic, but like I said, it's not the best.
It was pretty slow, and I didn't get why this was so popular. However, I still loved the art, and the main idea of the story was good. After a while, it started to drift away from the main couple, which was the actual reason I began to read it in the first place. That left me a little disappointed, but the concept was really well put together.
Angels and demons alike are losing their purpose as humankind develops. As a solution, God creates the Heaven and Hell Roman Company, an organized workplace to keep both angels and demons employed. Here, childhood friends Rum and Ginger work and pine after one another.
Although I dislike the fact that one of the characters is deaf, they make a sweet couple. There are a lot of scenes where the way they show their affection is unbearably cute.
I first saw this as a book cover on Wattpad and immediately searched for it because it looked so interesting.
I loved this one so much!
I actually read this by accident one day. I accidentally opened this manhwa, but I just couldn't stop reading it. Both couples are adorable, and their friendship with each other is great! This was my second BL after Killing Stalking (not gonna lie, I read Killing Stalking a year ago, and the reason I stopped reading BL for so long was because Killing Stalking really traumatized me and made me afraid to read other BLs).
Both couples are cute in different ways, and the art and plot are great!
This is the best.
A very hilarious manhwa where the main characters hate each other at first but realize they have feelings for each other. They're going to have a baby soon (I think), and I can't wait.
At first, I didn't like it, but now... Bro, I'm in love. I can't even think of them like this. This one is a MASTERPIECE.
I can't stop rereading this.
It's totally uncommon to see a series running this long. I mean, it doesn't end with just one couple. It continues to their son's love story too!
This is in the top 2 of my BL manhwa list. The story is addicting, to the point that I've read it four times now.
Such a good vampire story! A billion times better than Twilight!
The story is about a toxic relationship and youth, which is wasted on young boys, and how they deal with their lives afterward. It's a nice story about life.
At first, I didn't like it, but now I feel like I'm in love and identify with the main character. I don't know why, though.
So far, I'm loving it and enjoying all their crazy actions and jealousy.
Super cute! Some steamy scenes, and overall, the characters are really sweet.
The art is really good, and all the characters are really lovable, not to mention hot as hell.
Totally recommended. This manhwa is so different from what I'm usually used to reading.
It's not just a BL manhwa. It's a life lesson.
This is so good! First of all, this is the best manhwa I've ever read! When you read the story, it doesn't feel like you're reading something. It feels like you're watching a show or a really good anime. I couldn't stop reading, so I read it for two days straight. The art itself is also on point, which is why I admire this amazing manhwa! (I'm an artist myself and got so much inspiration.) All in all, this manhwa has taught me so many life lessons. I was so sad when I finished it and wished I could forget everything just to read it again. Please read it and support the author!
Looking at the characters, no one would guess this manhwa would be the hottest one. It's a sweet love story with hot scenes for your enjoyment.
I'd say the character is a sex addict? It's sweet to see their love develop. Overall, it's not bad - 8/10, I guess.
OMG! I can't even say anything! This is the most pure manhwa! Even if you're not into fish things, this is great.
One of my favorite webtoons EVER! I loved the concept and plot of this and can't wait to find out how it's going to end!
A really pure, heartwarming comic. I highly recommend it.
