The most underrated, underused, and underappreciated character in DC. If the execs at DC can't sell a story about reincarnation, an Egyptian prince, soulmates, and never-ending love - with the cinematography of eye-appealing characters with majestic wings (see the flight scene from Maleficent - it is magnificent), space, and Thanagarian aliens - then DC can't sell.

The current Hawkman has Nth metal in him at the cellular level, which works just like T-1000 in Terminator 2. DC is just sad. Sell him off to Marvel. They would make him a household name.

Hawkman is the most underappreciated character in DC. So cool - from Nth metal, reincarnation, eternal love with Hawkwoman, and Thanagar, to eye appeal with those majestic wings.
