Captain America, the Avengers, Spider-Man, Thor, the longest-running series known as the Fantastic Four, the Punisher, Black Panther, and the X-Men are just a few of Marvel's characters. Millions, possibly billions, of people have read these comics since the 1940s. While DC may have powerful and interesting villains, Marvel has the best stories overall.
DC Comics, Inc. is an American comic book publisher. It is the publishing unit of DC Entertainment, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. DC Comics is one of the largest and oldest American comic book companies. The MCU is unstoppable, but DC graphic novels and comics have some of the best stories around. Marvel has better movies, but DC generally has better comics. Preacher, Sandman, and Grant Morrison's run with DC were fantastic. Batman's stories and iconic villains are among the best.
Yes, some of DC's movies were bad, but when it comes to comic books, animation, TV series, character, and concept originality, DC is the clear winner.
DC has the best comics. They have the best storylines and the most iconic superheroes. We know Marvel is dominating in movies, but that's about it for Marvel.
