James "Logan" Howlett is easily my favorite mutant in Marvel Comics. He is without a doubt one of the most badass characters in comic books.
He has an indestructible adamantium skeleton and adamantium claws that burst through his knuckles whenever he wants to use them. He also possesses an incredibly strong healing factor that makes him almost invincible.
To top it all off, the guy is over 100 years old thanks to his healing factor and has fought in three major wars: World War I, World War II, and the Vietnam War.
Of course he's number one on the list. I mean, he was a soldier and a samurai. He fought in every war and lived.
Well, of course he lived. He has a healing factor. Deadpool's healing factor may be better, but Deadpool got his healing factor from him.

Magneto
Magneto is a fictional character in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is most often associated with the X‑Men franchise. Magneto is a powerful mutant with the ability to generate and manipulate magnetic fields.

The best X-Men villain and one of Marvel's coolest villains overall.

While he's technically an artificial mutant, he still temporarily became part of the X-Men in his sequel, so you're allowed to say he's your favorite X-Man.

Nightcrawler
Nightcrawler is a member of the X-Men. His main power is teleportation. He appears in many video games, movies, and TV shows featuring the X-Men, and is known for his blue skin, agility, and devout Catholic faith.
He's a hairy blue Catholic German with six fingers, six toes, yellow eyes, vampire-like teeth, and a devil tail. He teleports, leaving behind the smell of sulfur and the best comic book sound ever: Bamf!
Nightcrawler is the ultimate outcast and the coolest X-Man.
Really, 15? He is one of the most important X-Men.
While a lot of the X-Men are just going around fighting, he actually does other stuff. He is a great, deep character and could beat a bunch of X-Men up.
I love this character in the arcade game. He was my first draft pick.
And by the way, teleportation is AWESOME.
