I've seen a documentary of North Korea, and I gotta say, it's pretty stupid for the government of North Korea to put military first before the necessities of their own people. I'm surprised the people still love their dictatorial leader... unless they're only doing it out of fear of being punished.
Isolating your people from this world & threatening to use your nuclear weapons is not helping this world, sorry.
North Korea is already having financial problems with regards to maintenance of its military weaponry.
North Korea can't have a strong military if it can't even feed its own people right.
