There are a bunch of celebrities you might think as dumb, stupid, or goofy. But maybe it's because of the characters they play, the type of work they do, or their image in the public. But surprisingly, there are a lot of "dumb" celebrities behind the scene who are very intelligent.

This latin popstar has a IQ score of 140, and graduated from high school at the age of 15. She became an advocate and humanitarian, fighting for education as a human right. She was even a Unicef goodwill ambassador and has visited the United Nations to promote governments to pay more attention to early childhood mental development. She attended UCLA for one summer, going by her middle name and a different dress in disguise in order to attend her classes. And not to mention, is that she is fluent and can speak five different languages: Spanish (of course because she is a latin singer), Italian, Catalan, Portuguese and Arabic.

She is the world famous popstar we all know today, but a lot don't know she is smarter than you think. She was a straight-A student in high school and even granted a scholarship to study drama and modern dance at the University of Michigan. Despite this, she dropped out in 1978 to pursue dance, and became a singer who sold hundreds of millions of albums. Also, not to mention is that she also has an IQ of 140.

3 Rowan Atkinson Rowan Sebastian Atkinson, is an English actor, comedian, and screenwriter best known for his work on the sitcoms Blackadder and Mr. Bean.

The "Mr. Bean" actor has an MS in electrical engineering and was working on his PhD before he decided to become an entertainer. In fact, I've seen him as a more intelligent character in The Witches.

I didn't know people considered him stupid. Probably these people have only seen Mr Bean.

Someone said that he hosts a podcast with Hilton, and he also even said that she's remarkably intelligent. The media and entertainment industry just portrays her as dumb, especially in The Simple Life. Hilton is also very smart in marketing by making millions of dollars.

5 Dolly Parton Dolly Rebecca Parton is an American singer-songwriter, actress, author, businesswoman, and humanitarian, known primarily for her work in country music.

When she was asked if "dumb blonde" jokes offended her, she replied, "No. I know I'm not dumb, I also know I'm not blonde." It is also due to the fact that she has cream-white hair.

We have thought of her negatively because of what she was back in the late 00s/early 10s when she used the dollar sign on her name, had these bizarre looks, terrible music, and when TikTok was just a song. But before all this, she had an almost perfect score on the SATs and was accepted to Barnard University, but dropped out because she wanted to pursue in music. And to add more of this, her image in the media has improved, as well as her music, even though it may not be my "cup of tea".
