Top 10 Best Wide Receivers Going Into the 2026 NFL Season
-
Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Who else could be the best but the reigning Super Bowl champion and Offensive Player of the Year? JSN has upped his game every year of his career in Seattle, and it culminated in a near 1,800-yard season in 2025. He was arguably Seattle's biggest contributor en route to a championship win. Now, as the league's highest-paid receiver, he'll continue to show his dominance in the coming years.

Puka Nacua
I'd say Nacua is neck and neck with his division rival in JSN. Nacua's been nothing short of elite since his rookie year as a mid-round draft pick, and he spearheaded Matthew Stafford's MVP campaign last season. He is next in line to get a massive contract extension. The only question is whether or not he can stay out of trouble off the field.
-
Ja'Marr Chase
Chase is in one of the best situations for a receiver, despite being on one of the worst overall teams. He's been a force no matter what quarterback he's had throwing to him, and he's now on a streak of five straight 1,000-yard seasons to start his career. With Joe Burrow hopefully healthy next season, it'll give Chase another boost going forward.
-
Justin Jefferson
A testament to Jefferson's skill level is that he still managed to put together a 1,000-yard season with J.J. McCarthy, Carson Wentz, and Max Brosmer as his quarterbacks all season. While his offense as a whole is dysfunctional, Jefferson is one of the only things keeping it from fully falling apart. Once he gets some stability back at quarterback, his numbers will go up again.
-
Amon-Ra St. Brown
St. Brown continues to put up numbers and play at a high level going into year six. He's the best of a loaded weapons cabinet for Jared Goff, and he's been key to Detroit's rise in the last few years, last season notwithstanding.
-
George Pickens
Pickens turned it to another level in his first season in Dallas, owing to the fact that he finally had an actual quarterback throwing to him. He finished third in the league with 1,429 yards and earned a second-team All-Pro nod. He'll play under the franchise tag this season, but the Cowboys would be wise to get an extension done with him sooner rather than later, with guys like Puka Nacua also needing extensions soon.
-
A.J. Brown
Arthur Juan Brown (born June 30, 1997) is an American professional football wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels, twice receiving first-team All-SEC honors, and was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the second... read more
Brown's time in Philadelphia may very well be up soon, but he's shown through his time there that he is someone who deserves a major workload and someone who can actually throw him the ball. New England is the rumored landing spot, and he and Drake Maye would be crazy.
-
CeeDee Lamb
The Cowboys have a crazy 1-2 punch with Lamb and Pickens. It's a rare case where both could be considered the WR1 on the same team. The addition of Pickens didn't hamper Lamb's production much, if at all. He's still going for over 1,000 yards and remains in the upper echelon for wide receivers in the NFL.
-
Nico Collins
The Texans offense had a lot of problems last season, but Collins was not one of them. Even with injury issues the last three seasons, he's continued to establish himself as one of the league's most dynamic deep threats.
-
Drake London
London, similarly to teammate Bijan Robinson, gets consistently overlooked on account of the team he's playing for. He's quietly played himself into top-ten receiver conversations with a revolving door of quarterbacks his whole career. He's not flashy, but he's a Mike Evans-type consistent receiver.
