Hardest Songs to Play on Guitar
The Contenders: Page 4
It sounds easy, it looks easy, but it is a LIVING NIGHTMARE FROM HELL. I can play Technical Difficulties, Holy Wars, Hangar 18, AND Tornado of Souls (and for the noobs out there, one and eruption). But this song is the dumbest thing in the world. See, it may not have solos, but the structure is bizarre and there's too many variations on one riff. It's like the Holy Wars intro on steroids. Seriously, if you don't belive me, go try to learn it. Don't take any short cuts, just learn it riff by riff. You will die.
It's hard to play because of all the times when he uses his unique killswitch during the song to make soothsayer... soothsayer
Great composition.. Full of emotion.. Fast and fantastic.. Buckethead is just amazing.. He's the best guitarist but is clearly underrated.
One of the most underrated songs out there. Lots of speed picking and sweeps and the whole song is generally extremely hard to play.
The solo isn't hard, its advanced but not the way over the top
Incredibly easy to play song in my opinion. Still badass song, and people think you're actually good if you play it.
This solo was hard for its time. Still its not very easy to play. Especially few licks of this song requires a lot of practice. (the non-plagiarized part). The rip off part is quite easy. - zxm
This song isn't as hard as it sounds.
The first few chords are a little stretchy, but it's easy to get. The first two acoustic parts can be a little hard to get, then a power chord, and easy major/ minor chords, then a solo, not the hardest song, the first song I learned on acoustic. - Plonderss
