Top 10 Most Common Things Gen Z and Millennials Have in Common
If I forgot anything, feel free to add it, I guess.

Liking memes
A pretty obvious number one contender, but it goes without saying. I can't think of a single generation that despises memes, honestly.
It's a universally well-liked thing. Unless you're a boomer? Then maybe not in that case. Otherwise, it's something most people are fond of in some capacity.

Being massive gamers
Whether they're Xbox fans, PlayStation users, Nintendo enjoyers, or PC gamers, video games are well-liked by both generations.
Although the kinds of games people prefer vary widely, I tend to prefer RPGs, MMOs, platformers, and fighting games, and I tend to dislike most FPS or shooter games. That being said, I do get their appeal nonetheless.
-
Enjoying 2000s media
Whether it be the music, movies, TV shows, or other things from that decade, it's something that both generations tend to look back on fondly for the most part.
That being said, the decade itself had its obvious flaws, but it did have some pretty catchy music and interesting memes that kept it from being a total dumpster fire.

Discovering the internet at an early age
Some people discovered the internet when they first heard of YTPs. Others simply discovered it when they first played Club Penguin, Poptropica, or Coolmath Games. Rest in peace to all three of those websites, by the way. They're all dead now.
Although there have been attempts to revive them, most of those efforts have been redundant.
I discovered it at around 3 years old.

Hating the current state of the world
I mean, it's not surprising, but I figured I had to include it somewhere on the list.
Given how modern times are baffling, confusing, and downright chaotic, I think this is to be expected in some capacity. In general, lots of generations tend to not be fond of modern times, but I digress.
-
Hating Skibidi Toilet
To this day, I still don't understand Skibidi Toilet's appeal, and I don't want to.
It's the kind of thing that makes no sense, and I guess that's the intent, but it's still one of the most jarring and bizarre things conceived in the last five years.
Skibidi Toilet is so stupid.

Quoting South Park for days
Kind of a filler item, but I needed ten items, so it'll do for now.
It is also one of the most memorable TV shows that has come out in the last twenty years, so it's hardly surprising that people can still quote a show as memorable as South Park.
-
Hating Facebook
To be fair, it was never a good website to begin with, and it was annoying even during its prime.
The only thing that makes Facebook worse now than it was back then is that it's become the website where you discover that your grandpa is racist. No, seriously, that's it. The interface is also boring as hell, and most people use Instagram nowadays.

Unironically finding Filthy Frank funny
George Kusunoki Miller (born September 18, 1992), better known professionally as Joji and formerly known on YouTube as Filthy Frank and Pink Guy, is a Japanese-Australian R&B singer, comedian, songwriter, rapper, and former YouTuber.... read more
Given how he was a popular milestone in early 2010s to late 2010s culture in terms of memes, impact, and memorability, it goes without saying.
Not all of the Filthy Frank videos have aged well. Some have aged incredibly badly, while others are still gems, more or less.
